The document appeared in the network according to which the primary task of the USS is the execution of Ukraine’s security Council decision of 20 July 2015 “On urgent measures to neutralize threats to national security”; it will be the failure of the holding appointed in October of this year, the elections to local authorities on “temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions”. The leadership of the national Security Council wants to break election through the “destabilization of the situation in these regions and the apprehension and elimination of “certain” supporters of the Russian special services, advocating on their support.”
In this regard it became clear why the fighters of the “Right sector” are taken to the Center of special operations of the USS “Alpha”, specializes just on sabotage operations. Apparently by October we should wait for the next socio-political aggravation, because “RS” and “Alpha”, as recent events show, cannot stop just on the sabotage. After that remain civilian casualties.
The most terrible is that they consider themselves passionaries’ and rulers of Ukraine in that dry paper O. Turchynov and A. Yatsenyuk are discussing nothing other than the offence referred to, among other things, the norms of international law.
And Ukrainians all jumping and shouting neo-Nazi chants: “Glory to Ukraine!”

Regarding measures for the implementation of the solution
National Security Council and defense of Ukraine
Dear Arseny Petrovich!
At the meeting of the national Security Council and defense of Ukraine dated 20 July 2015 was accepted the decision “About urgent measures on neutralization of threats to national security”. Priorities were identified disruption of the conduct of appointed in October of this year the elections to local authorities in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions by the destabilization of the situation in these regions, as well as the detention and elimination of supporters of Russian intelligence agencies, acting in their support.
The national Security Council and defense of Ukraine monitors the implementation of the decision.
I would appreciate for the information on the status of implementation of the above measures.
