The Ukrainian armed forces are using heavy weapons and equipment along the line of contact, despite the deaths of civilians; it was said by the Chairman of the people’s Council of the Donetsk People’s Republic Andrey Purgin.
“The situation with the South to the North starts seriously deteriorates in all key points. And this is already the non-local nature of the fighting and indiscriminate shelling, in the suffering of civilian populations, infrastructure, and housing. .Without regard to the killing of civilians, the UAF use heavy weapons and heavy military equipment,” said Purgin.
The Speaker of Parliament said that the task of Ukraine is first of all, cause panic among the civilian population.
“The actions of the Kiev authorities are actually genocide on a regional basis with a desire to squeeze out the population, to gain territory without local residents. Therefore in the first instance the life-supporting facilities are subjected to bombardment: substations, conduits, gas lines, residential neighborhoods. Absolutely chaotic bombardment leads to panic, because it is unpredictable where and when the next shell will fall. The UAF have no military objective as such. Their only purpose is to intimidate the population,” said Andrey Purgin.
Andrei noted that the most complicated situation is in Gorlovka, which for a long time daily is under artillery fire.
“Day after day Gorlovka is very seriously shelled. Every day military operations are becoming more intense. As a result, Ukraine is increasingly moving away from all the agreements which were not respected. Gorlovka has been subjected to massive attacks for a long period. In Donetsk, unlike Gorlovka there is the OSCE mission and the shelling of Donetsk has usually informational resonance. It becomes harder for Ukraine to hide from the world community outright terror of the civilian population,” said Purgin.
