About it on August 18 the social activist Maria Katasonova speaking at the presentation of the collective monograph “Ideology: search and discovery” that took place in the “Russian center” of Donetsk Republican universal scientific library by the name of N. K. Krupskaya.
Katasonova noted that in spite of all deviations to the side, Russia was on the path of great power. In this case, all complicated by the fact that according to the 13th article of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Russia has banned the ideology as well as in several other former of post-Soviet republics: Moldova, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Bulgaria. In other countries of the world there is no such prohibition.
Recalling the speech of Vladimir Putin at the Valdai forum in 2013, Katasonova focused on the following points: Putin said that Russia should have a national idea, built on a national identity. The first step is to displace the financial elite, working in the interests to the West that has to make a complete U-turn from the Western liberal ideology in Russia. This process is time-consuming, complex and difficult.
According to the social activist, the 13th clause of the Constitution can only be changed by referendum. But here we cannot exclude the possibility that citizens of the Russian Federation will take obviously a wrong decision. Katasonova is sure that proper Patriotic education starting with kindergartens, schools and Institutes at all levels will form people who have the right worldview. In this case the ideology of the DPR will serve as an example for Russia.
“I believe that if the DNR will have its own ideology it will serve as a good example for the citizens of Russia,” concluded Katasonova.
