To cope with the militia and civilians who is not willing to see the Kiev junta in charge of the country, Ukraine needs a temporary concentration of all power in the hands of the President.
Such opinion was said on air of the Ukrainian TV channel by the former guarantor of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko.
According to him, military and financial power during the military conflict must be temporarily concentrated in the headquarters commander. As an example, Viktor Yushchenko has led to a situation in which Ukraine finds itself at the beginning of its independence.
“I think if we are talking about reforms, we need to make three reforms. The first reform: how to win the war in the East. Reform two: how to win the war in the East; the third reform: how to win the war in the East. If it is necessary to increase the powers of, for example in12 months, let’s increase it. Approximately, as we did it in 1991, 1992 years, when Ukraine gained its sovereignty but we have no legislative field, the Prime Minister came out with the initiative, Leonid Kuchma said: “Give me right for 12 months to issue decrees promptly “.
And we in 12 months very easily adapted legislative framework for the challenges and changes of a new state, which we had.
Now the question is obvious in such way. For a short time, it is formed the main bets of the Supreme commander and there is concentrated not only military power, but also financial strength, eases some economic procedures and relationships. I think it’s a path that today Ukraine needs in order to cope with the challenge number one – the aggression in the East”, — Victor Yushchenko said.
From the mouth of the most unpopular President of Ukraine such reflections appear as a sentence. Yushchenko without much sentimentality implies that the state must prepare for new 90s. A preparation for it must be with a high crest for “cheers”. It’s impotence of the country, its fanatical die-hard and rhetoric around which the world continues to move, find common ground and agree, they bury what’s left of Ukraine, promising a hopeless and shameful fate of the conventional third world countries, and which name will soon be forgotten.
