Было бы честно и справедливо правительству Арсения Яценюка сказать правду, что МВФ обманул «свидомых и самобытных» вечно скачущих украинцев, хотя «Украина» все требования МВФ выполнила. Судите сами. Согласно соглашению, подписанному правительством этого географического недоразумения и МВФ в конце апреля 2014 года, «Украина» взяла на себя обязательства и выполнила:
- отпустила курс гривны;
- повысила на 40-60% тарифы на ЖКХ для населения;
- уменьшила заработную плату учителям и врачам, и заморозила ее;
- заморозила пенсии для украинцев;
- ввела налог на доходы по депозитам.
В результате всех действий курс гривны обвалился почти в 2 раза, инфляция превысила отметку в 25%, упал ВВП, но уменьшился дефицит госбюджета, хотя дефицит НАК «Нафтогаз» только вырос, и, самое главное, золотовалютные резервы «Украины» упали до критического уровня 7,5 млрд. долл.
При этом МВФ не выполнил свои обязательства, которые записаны в соглашении между «Украиной» и МВФ. В 2014 году МВФ обещал предоставить кредит на сумму 7,4 млрд. долл., а выдал всего кредитов на сумму 4,6 млрд. долл. Хотя «Украина» в полном объеме погасила старый кредит МВФ на сумму 3,7 млрд. долл.
Это еще раз очень хорошо показывает, что МВФ просто не выполняет свои обязательства. Но при этом правительство Арсения Яценюка, честно говоря, нарушая Конституцию и все законы «Украины», фактически «через плечо» приняло большое количество изменений в Налоговый кодекс и заставило депутатов принять нереальный госбюджет на 2015 год, лишь бы угодить МВФ и попытаться получить от него кредит.
Как известно, сейчас в «Украине» работает миссия МВФ, которая должна решить, давать или не давать кредиты «незалежной». Но, судя по заявлению министра финансов Натальи Яресько, скорее всего кредита «Украине» не дадут. Хотя она сказала не напрямую, а более обтекаемо, что не знает, когда могут «Украине» дать кредит. И это в условиях, где по внешним долгам нужно уже платить сейчас, а золотовалютных резервов явно не хватит.
Может украинцам хватить заигрывать с МВФ? С фондом, который явно уже не хочет помогать «Украине» во многом потому, что все их рекомендации именно и оказались очевидно провальными для страны
