В конце марта ожидается выход на ходовые испытания сторожевого корабля «Адмирал Григорович» — головного фрегата проекта 11356Р, строящегося для ВМФ России на калининградском судостроительном заводе «Янтарь».
Сторожевики данного проекта предназначены для ведения боевых действий в океане и на море самостоятельно и в составе соединения кораблей. Они способны уничтожать подводные лодки противника, осуществлять противокорабельную, противовоздушную и противолодочную оборону боевых кораблей и судов, поддерживать действия сухопутных войск, обеспечивать высадку морского десанта. В соответствии с гособоронзаказом-2015, До конца года два сторожевых корабля проекта 11356Р (второй фрегат будет носить имя «Адмирал Эссен») должны поступить на Черноморский флот.
Также в 2015 году ВМФ должен получить еще один фрегат – «Адмирал Горшков». Это первый крупный корабль, спроектированный в нашей стране с момента распада СССР. По плану он предназначался для включения в состав Северного флота, однако, по сведениям из открытых источников, «Горшков» может быть передан на Черноморский. О новых фрегатах, которые в этом году получат военные моряки – в нашем специальном материале.
Морской универсал
К середине 2000-х годов назрела острая необходимость в модернизации корабельного состава ВМФ России. Средний возраст надводных кораблей составлял около 20 лет, при этом в боевом составе флотов находилось по несколько разнотипных единиц одного и того же класса. В частности в состав ВМФ входило восемь сторожевых кораблей семи различных проектов. Все это вызывало серьезные проблемы со снабжением и ремонтом.
В итоге было решено заложить серию сторожевых кораблей для ВМФ России на базе проекта 11356. Строительство этих фрегатов, благодаря экспортным контрактам с Индией, российские верфи освоили хорошо и, по результатам тендера, в 2010-2011 годах Министерством обороны были заключены контракты с Прибалтийским судостроительным заводом «Янтарь» на постройку шести фрегатов. Предполагается, что все эти корабли войдут в состав Черноморского флота.
Сейчас завершается подготовка к передаче на флот двух сторожевиков – «Адмирала Григоровича» и «Адмирала Эссена». В стадии строительства находятся еще три «Адмирала» — «Макаров», «Бутаков» и «Истомин». Остается открытым вопрос закладки шестого корабля – «Адмирала Корнилова».
Не исключено, что на ход строительства четырех сторожевиков окажет влияние процесс импортозамещения в оборонно-промышленном комплексе России. Если первые два фрегата, уже спущенные на воду, а также один, находящийся на стапелях, оснащены газотурбинной энергетической установкой украинского производства, то остальные будут комплектовать российскими изделиями.
Так представитель Северного проектно-конструкторского бюро (разработчик проекта 11356) Владимир Спиридопуло, заявлял осенью 2014 года, что в качестве альтернативы рассматриваются двигатели рыбинского НПО «Сатурн». По его словам, предприятие представило разработчикам два предложения. Первое предусматривает использование двух двигателей М90ФР мощностью по 27 тыс. лошадиных сил — ими оснащаются фрегаты проекта 22350 (типа «Адмирал Горшков»).
Сейчас серийный выпуск таких установок, также разработанных на Украине, осваивают на «Сатурне». Но ради таких двигателей придется перепроектировать внутренние отсеки фрегатов проекта 11356. Второе предложение связано с использованием новых двигателей М70МФРУ от «Сатурна», однако их придется ставить по четыре на корабль в связи с меньшей мощностью.
Огневая мощь и круговая защита
Крылатые ракеты «Калибр» (по кодификации НАТО – SS-N-27 «Sizzler”) являются перспективной разработкой екатеринбургского ОКБ «Новатор» и способные поражать как наземные, так и надводные цели. В противокорабельном исполнении эти ракеты оснащаются проникающей боевой частью с фугасным зарядом (т.е. подрыв происходит, когда БЧ находится внутри надстройки корабля противника). Ракеты, предназначенные для уничтожения целей на суше, оснащаются фугасной или кассетной боевой частью.
Новейший зенитный ракетный комплекс «Штиль-1″ разработан Морским НИИ радиоэлектроники «Альтаир». Он представляет собой комбинацию трехкоординатной радиолокационной станции корабля, системы управления огнем и пакета вертикальных пусковых установок с ракетами. Пакет может включать в себя от 12 до 36 ракет. Следует отметить, что вертикальный пуск, при котором ракета выбрасывается из контейнера и осуществляет доворот в сторону цели непосредственно перед включением маршевых двигателей, обеспечивает круговую противовоздушную защиту корабля и высокую скорострельность комплекса – до 30 пусков в минуту.
В этом году пройдут испытания «Штиля».
Зенитный ракетно-артилерийский комплекс «Палаш» разработки ЦНИИТОЧМАШ предназначен для отражения ракетных атак в ближней зоне. В состав ЗРАК входят две автоматические шестиствольные пушки калибра 30 мм и восемь ракет «Сосна-Р». Захват и удержание цели осуществляются радаром и оптико-электронной системой управления.
Скорострельная пушка АК-630 также является элементом противоракетной обороны фрегатов. Обладая скорострельностью 4000-5000 выстрелов в минуту, она может поражать как воздушные цели, так и легкие надводные корабли.
Артустановка А-190 представляет собой одноствольную автоматическую пушку башенного типа с максимальной дальностью стрельбы 20 км. К ее преимуществам также можно отнести высокую степень автоматизации. По команде оператора из модуля управления стрельбой обеспечивается автоматическое приведение артиллерийской установки в дежурную или боевую готовность, выбор нужного вида боеприпаса, его подача, наведение и производство выстрела.
Благодаря этому А-190 имеет минимальное время реакции и высокую скорострельность. В ней используются выстрелы унитарного заряжания с осколочно-фугасным (с ударным взрывателем) и зенитным (с дистанционным взрывателем) снарядами.
Также фрегаты оснащены ангаром и взлетно-посадочной площадкой для противолодочного вертолета (Ка-27 или Ка-31).
Крупнейший из новых
Многоцелевой сторожевой корабль дальней морской зоны «Адмирал Горшков», головной фрегат 22350 проекта и, как было сказано выше – первый крупный боевой корабль, спроектированный в России после распада Советского Союза, войдет в боевой состав флота в ноябре 2015 года. В январе он уже приступил ко второму этапу испытаний, ожидается, что он может быть принят в опытную эксплуатацию в ближайшее время.
Как и его собратья проекта 11356Р, фрегат «Адмирал Горшков» предназначен для уничтожения надводных кораблей, судов и наземных объектов противника, дозорной службы, патрулирования и охраны морских коммуникаций, противолодочной и противовоздушной обороны. Вместе с тем он отличается от них усиленной энергоустановкой и более мощным вооружением.
Главная энергетическая установка фрегата – дизель-газотурбинная. Она состоит из двух форсажных газотурбинных двигателей мощностью по 27,5 тыс. л.с. каждый и двух маршевых дизельных двигателей мощностью по 5,2 тыс. л.с. Как и в случае с кораблями проекта 11356Р, двигатели для сторожевиков изготовило украинское предприятие «Зоря»-«Машпроект», однако другие фрегаты серии будут оснащаться российскими изделиями.
Вооружение «Адмирала Горшкова» состоит из противокорабельного ракетного комплекса с ракетами «Калибр» или «Оникс», ЗРК «Полимент-Редут», противолодочного торпедного комплекса «Пакет-НК» и артиллерийской установки А-192М калибра 130 мм.
«Ониксы» — универсальные противокорабельные ракеты, размещаемые на подвижных береговых комплексах «Бастион», надводных кораблях, а также на многоцелевых атомных подводных лодках проекта 885 «Ясень». Дальность ракет составляет 300-450 км, а при полете по маловысотной траектории – 120 км.
ЗРК «Полимент-Редут», как и «Штиль-1″ на вышеописанных фрегатах, выполнен по принципу вертикального пуска, с тем лишь отличием, что ракета выбрасывается из контейнера не пороховой катапультой, а зарядом сжатого воздуха. Также к особенностям «Полимент-редута» следует отнести наличие боевой части с управляемым полем поражения, активное самонаведение радиолокатором на конечном участке полета, а также сверхманевренность (ракета способна совершать маневры с перегрузкой до 20g).
Универсальная автоматичекая артиллерийская установка А-192М разработана санкт-петербургским КБ «Арсенал» для фрегатов проекта 22350 на базе корабельной артсистемы АК-130. Изменения коснулись облегчения установки, а также применения новой радиолокационной системой управления стрельбой «Пума» 5П-10. В перспективе боекомплект А-192М, помимо осколочно-фугасных и зенитных снарядов, будет включать в себя управляемые и активно-реактивные боеприпасы. Фрегаты 22350 также могут нести вертолеты Ка-27.
