В Московский областной суд передано громкое уголовное дело о заказном убийстве 18-летней давности — гендиректора АОЗТ «Матвеевское» Николая Дубовского. Перед судом предстанут трое предполагаемых исполнителей преступления. Скандальности ситуации придает тот факт, что в организации убийства подозревается находящийся в розыске бизнесмен и политик Аркадий Корнацкий, возглавлявший избирательный штаб президента Украины Петра Порошенко в Николаевской области.
В октябре 2013 года были задержаны трое предполагаемых убийц бизнесмена Дубовского — Сергей Бычков, Владимир Ковальков и Алексей Корнацкий. Последний оказался племянником известного украинского бизнесмена и политика Аркадия Корнацкого, возглавлявшего еще недавно избирательный штаб Петра Порошенко в Николаевской области.
В середине 90-х Корнацкий-старший занимался бизнесом в России. По некоторым данным, он имел отношение к деятельности АОЗТ «Матвеевское», которое в то время возглавлял Николай Дубовский. Последнего многие пайщики обвиняли в продаже элитных земель в Одинцовском районе. При этом вырученные деньги счета АОЗТ якобы миновали. Не исключено, что именно на этой почве между деловыми партнерами и произошел конфликт, закончившийся убийством.
В сентябре 1996 года Аркадий Корнацкий, не сумев решить конфликт мирным путем, по версии следствия, решил устранить господина Дубовского. Роль киллера он отвел своему племяннику Алексею, пообещав ему за это $15 тыс. Последний втайне от дяди привлек для этого своего знакомого Сергея Бычкова, пообещав ему $6 тыс. Тот за вдвое меньшую сумму перепоручил устранение коммерсанта уроженцу Запорожской области Владимиру Ковалькову. Последним звеном в этой цепочке оказался некто Юзеф (находится в розыске), согласившийся убить Николая Дубовского за $1,5 тыс.
Как установили в ГСУ СКР по Московской области, Алексей Корнацкий и Сергей Бычков возле станции метро «Юго-Западная» передали Владимиру Ковалькову конверт с фотографией жертвы, адресом его проживания, а также информацией о времени и маршруте передвижения из дома на работу. Для слежки за господином Дубовским Владимир Ковальков взял в аренду такси.
27 сентября 1996 года около половины седьмого утра Ковальков и Юзеф, по версии следствия, подъехали к дому Николая Дубовского в Горках-10. Когда бизнесмен вышел из подъезда и сел в свою «Ниву», к машине подбежал Юзеф. Сев на пассажирское сиденье, он наставил на водителя пистолет ТТ, приказав ему выехать из поселка. В своей машине господин Дубовский и был убит. Его тело с пулей в голове было найдено во внедорожнике в двух километрах от Горок-10. В тот же день заказчик, по данным следствия, рассчитался с исполнителями.
Ну, а пока-что, в октябре 2014 года господин Корнацкий был избран в Верховную раду от «Блока Петра Порошенко»…
