Over the past week Ukrainian invaders 604 times bombarded the border area of the Donetsk People’s Republic. This was announced today at a press briefing of the Commander of the operational command of the DPR, major-General Denis Sinenkov.
According to operational information, for the past week Kiev punishers 604 times violated the declared cease-fire, including 512 times by heavy guns.
As a result of enemy shelling, two soldiers of the DPR were killed and one was wounded.
Also the representative of the defense Ministry reported on the elimination of enemy sabotage group.
“On April 30, 2016 the enemy tried to throw at the territory of the Republic near the settlement Staromykhaylovka sabotage-prospecting group of five people for the destruction of the outpost of one of our units. Saboteurs were discovered on the outskirts of the line of contact. In the exchange of fire, one Ukrainian soldier was killed, his body was abandoned by his colleagues on the field of battle and they fled,” said Sinenkov.
He said that during the inspection of the dead body they found papers of Junior Sergeant of the 14th brigade Kovalchuk Sergiy Mikhailovich, 26.04.1973 year of birth, guilty of shelling Elenovka.
