Russia is preparing against Kiev a lawsuit to London court

The events surrounding the debt hole of the country 404 rapidly takes place. On the 21st of December, the junta had to return to the Russian Federation debt of Eurobonds in the amount of 3 billion $. But this did not happen and, in accordance with international law, “independent” will have time until December, 30. Otherwise the court will take place in London, the fact of which is recognized in “Ukraine” total default.

A decree on the preparation for the court was given by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, “Reuters” reports.

Russia will win this lawsuit for several reasons:

1) The IMF has acknowledged a debt of “Ukraine” as a sovereign, and therefore, the world community will not help Kiev to repay it, but will oblige them to do it. Because as guarantors of the repayment of Eurobonds is opposed by major EU companies with a spotless reputation. They have committed themselves to collect from the debtor’s funds and not to violate it.

2) The Defeat of Russia in this trial will lead to the collapse of the entire structure of the IMF and world economic space, as for example “Ukraine” will go dozens of countries that will themselves to forgive debts. And in this case, to borrow money to give, nobody will, not even the USA will see for the loans. And this is with an external debt of America in 20 trillion $. If it already has without the loans did not survive, for other countries I have nothing to say.

That would constitute a default of the country 404: seizure of all Ukrainian foreign property and accounts; the goods of Ukrainian state campaigns will not be realized abroad; foreign economy will be frozen; trade is reduced to “no”; the country won’t get any credits.

And despite the fact that except Russia there are still other lenders who will want to regain the debts of this state.

It turns out that the Ukrainian government left to itself, and gradually the junta remains with the Russian Federation one on one. The West may try to save its puppet government and will to cooperate with it, even if the junta will control only the Parliament building and nothing more. But this rescue activity of the Obama administration will not be able to last long. He needs to hold on “Ukrainian crisis” until the next election in the United States and to absolve himself of responsibility. But if Parliament could not even take the Tax Code and the Budget for 2016, then this option disappears by it. A statement of default will certainly finish off the country. The West is unable to help, because there is likely risk to get bogged down by. It’s easier to accept defeat on the ground of “independence”, than to perish together with it.
