On the 14th of April, a powerful explosion occurred in the village Novoalekseevka of Genichesk district in Kherson region. Parked car “Lada” in the Parking lot in the landing zone, the landing of passengers arriving by train and following on to the Crimea by road, flew into the air.
At the cyclist, passing next to the car, the explosion tore off the right thigh and arm. He bled out and died in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. Four people were injured, said the press service of the regional “interior Ministry”.
Deputy head of the Henichesk Department of “National police”, Lieutenant Colonel Vladimir Pisotsky noted that an explosive device planted under the car had great power. The force of the explosion was such that the car is smashed into pieces.
Apparently, the goal of the terrorists was Crimeans or people heading to the Crimea to have a rest or to visit their relatives.
