“The Vice President has held a phone conversation with Vladimir Groisman and congratulated him on his election and with that the new Cabinet and government program were approved by the Verkhovna Rada,” stated in the message.

“The Vice President stressed that for continued international support of Ukraine, the new team must quickly move towards the Ukrainian program of reforms, including to meet its obligations to the International monetary Fund, and to execute the Minsk agreements and approve the new, reformist General attorney,” said the press service of the White house.
Also the U.S. Vice President called Waltzman-Poroshenko, reported on the website of the leader of the Kiev junta. Chocolate oligarch confirmed his allegiance to the U.S., promised to fulfill obligations to the IMF, as well as to follow the points of the Minsk agreements.
