Kiev junta adds the “Bank of exchange of prisoners” due to the detention of people aged from 40 to 65 years. This was reported on the official Republican website with reference to the press service of the Commissioner for human rights in the DPR. About the negotiation process on the release of illegally detained persons was told by the Ombudsman of the Republic Daria Morozova.
“At the next meeting of our subgroup I plan to raise the issue of the release of 122 elderly persons who are on Ukrainian territory. I hope that Ukraine will show their humanity. I believe that the release of the most vulnerable categories of citizens will contribute to the solution of humanitarian issues,” she said.
From 122 elderly persons, about which we speak, 83 are women, 6 of whom are older than 55 years and 39 men older than 60 years. Some of them are held by punitive structures on the territory controlled by Kiev, and more part disappeared, but perhaps they can also be found in captivity.
Meeting of the Ombudsman of the Republic Daria Morozova with Deputy Chairman of the Central Board of the Russian Union of veterans of Afghanistan Vladimir Koshelev took place last week in the office of the Commissioner for human rights in the DPR. During the meeting Vladimir Koshelev handed Daria Morozova medal of merit from the Central Board of the Russian Union of veterans of Afghanistan and thanked the Ombudsman for her contribution in the liberation of Archimandrite Nikon.
According to the official resource currently in prison around 1069 persons are held by Ukrainian aggressors, of which 349 are soldiers, 550 people are imprisoned for political beliefs and 170 civilians, who have no relations to conflict in any way. Another 487 people reported missing. Perhaps they can be in Ukrainian captivity.
