On Thursday, March 3, the Academy of information technology “Everest” together with the Ministry of information of the DPR and the Manager of city society of active disabled persons ” the Donetsk dawns” Lyudmila Kravchuk held a session on art therapy.
Recall that earlier AIT “Everest” had conducted a similar event with children and mothers of large families from front-line zones. Participants could get rid of the effects of stress syndrome, to neutralize the alarming manifestations with help of paints, semolina and fantasy. On the third day of spring the training organizers decided to introduce unusual material with which the participants have already been acquainted and even managed to make their own works with it. This is clay.
“The clay-therapy is a rare form of art therapy. At the same time – it has a very interesting and effective feature of removing post-traumatic syndrome, restore psychological balance and mental harmony of man,” told organizers.
Participants had the opportunity to paint their clay sculptures (made by themselves at the previous training), to surrender to his feelings and not care about the artistry of their creations. This activity is so fascinated guys that the training flew invisibly.
During this time the children had time to paint their clay fish and make fondest wishes. According to the organizers, this training is a wonderful way toggle, psychological relief, and bringing a positive energy of creativity into the life. With its welcoming atmosphere and interesting work, the children were satisfied with the class, and the organizers – with the result.
