Alexander Zakharchenko reminded that the DPR is a democratic state

The Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Alexander Zakharchenko expressed criticism against the initiatives of social activists to name in honor of his new children’s organization.

“We started the winter difficult, therefore, to be honest, all my free time was spent on the security of the Republic of FLM, gas, we’ve been recovering… Therefore, public initiatives I must have overlooked and learned that the organization called “zacharovs”, after the constituent Assembly,” said the Head of DPR on his official website. “The name “Zaharovs” I consider unacceptable”.
Thus Alexander Zakharchenko said that he is a popularly elected Head of the Republic for a specified period.

“Next time, the next Head, the organization will be renamed; now they are “the sacharovs”, but then? I think that this is irrational,” said the Head of state.

This criticism of the Head of the Republic has taken away from evil languages another reason for the accusations that the DPR is an authoritarian or totalitarian government, and showed that without abandoning the cultural and moral heritage, our country is committed to progress in the political, cultural and social spheres.
