A team of Waltzman is trying to “sneak” in VR law, unsuccessful attempts to adopt which is taken more than once, including in 2013, when Yanukovych was – a month before the beginning of the events on the Maidan. It is reported by “Nezavisimaya Gazeta”. Conscious that are not disappointed in the junta will never be bored, of course, they picked up the noise in connection with such injustice. As the author notes, the bill “On guarantees of freedom of peaceful Assembly” was intensified with the rise of political instability.
So the team of Waltzman decided— ends to the water. The presidential faction of the junta, as “the gang that away” in 2013, has initiated the adoption of this law. Apparently, it great smells of fried. Just like under Yanukovych, the current politicians indicate that the law governing the rights of both the protesters and law of enforcement officers and authorities, it is a European practice. However, then they this initiative was drowned in the bleating – “shame — shame”.
“New” document, the text of which is published on the website of the Parliament of the country 404, to a large extent repeats the provisions of the bill in 2013.
In the bill, for example, the basis for banning peaceful protests referred to as “goals such as changing the constitutional order by force, capture of the state buildings and structures, activity of military formations”. And further: the action can be prohibited if there is “a real danger of the use by organizers or participants of physical force and weapons”. By the way, but arms activists are prohibited from having “devices or adapted objects which can be used to the detriment of the life and health of people”. The last definition can be interpreted very widely.
There are a number of rules that prohibit the action, cause objections conscious, as in 2013. Among them is the requirement not to block transport routes and building of authorities. Because political rallies are held in the city center, almost any place can be considered not relevant to this rule.
If such a law was passed in 2013, no “Maidan” in general could not be. The fact is that before the coup attempt just would not come. And not necessarily thanks to the “anti-European” taboo on the use of weapons or the capture of state structures. The courts could, at the very beginning to forbid actions in Central Kiev, saying its decisions completely harmless rules, which are repeated in the new bill. So, the reason for the ban may be the decision of the government to impose in particular area quarantine in accordance with the Law “On protection of population from infectious diseases”.
In social networks the discussion has turned into another wave of criticism of the junta. Conscious activists accused the team of Waltzman that it is two years after the “Maidan” has not established a legal state in which all were equal before the law.
