George Soros: I see no further prospects for “Ukraine”

Under the current circumstances, “Ukraine” may not hold national elections or to change coalition. This was stated by the Chairman of the Open Society Foundation George Soros during the conference “Reform: overcoming “old” Ukraine” on Friday in Kiev, according to sources.

“The ruling coalition has a very narrow range. The country can not afford new national elections or changes in the composition of the coalition,” he said.

According to him, both options would undermine the Ukrainian government for a few months, and the country will suffer a fiscal crisis, if not fulfill the IMF conditions.

“I have been in Ukraine for a week and realized that the situation is not so promising, as I thought from the outside,” said Soros.
