Concert “Legends of Russian rock” was held on the evening of the 14th of May on the stage of Donetsk bar “Gung’Yu бazz”. Group: Amusant Antenna, Douglas, People eat people, as well as musician Green Lazovsky took part in it.
Group “Amusant Antenna” by Nautilus’s song “Khaki Ball” has opened the concert. In the performance of “Antenna” song sounded unusually tougher and at a faster pace. In addition, the guys sang songs of group “Kino” and “Agatha Christie”. The musicians completed their performance by playing several of their songs.
After that Green Lozovsky came on the scene. Starting with “the Civil Defense” “We walk in silence,” he played the songs of “DDT”, “Aquarium”, “Alisa”, “Different people” and group “Zero”. It should be noted that the musician did not seek to issue cover versions of famous songs, but performed them as close to the originals. The performance of Green was ended by the song of “Different People” “Good bye”.
During a brief intermission the leading of the concert Kot Begemot has conducted quiz traditional for parties like this, checking how well the public knows Russian rock.
Emerged on the scene after a break, the well-known Donetsk group “Douglas” also began its performance with “CD” by the song “Good bus”. However, unlike the previous artist, “Douglases” headed by Eugene Fish sang all the songs exclusively in their own way and in such arrangements that sometimes it was quite difficult to learn the famous theme.
Note that the repertoire of Douglas differed with the variety. In addition to spoken to this “Aquarium”, “Nautilus” and “Agatha Christie”, Jack Fish sang songs of “Auction”, “Chaif”, “B. 2”, “Leningrad”, Garik Sukachov and even a rastaman’s “Cubana” of group “Dzha Divizhn”.
The guys from “People eat people” have ended the concert. They chose mostly cheerful, well-known even to those who do not listen rock, songs such as “Lilliputian” of group “Nogu Svelo”, “Carnival” of “Mummies Troll”, “Killed a Negro” of Prohibited drummers” “Atas!” of Lube and others.
