The prospect of the abolition of the visa regime between Ukraine and the EU does not give unrestricted freedom of movement within the European Union. This is stated in the radio edition Deutsche Welle.

As an example, the journalists were brought to Moldova, the citizens of whom the EU has opened the border. According to the publication, to cross the border, you should have a biometric passport that will be valid for at least three months after the end of the trip.

This passport costs about 200 euros – approximately 25-40% of the average income in Moldova. The average salary of a Ukrainian is now 100 euros. With all of this when crossing the border with the European Union they can still require additional documents: the invitation of the host country, tickets and proof of financial solvency.

Labor activity without work permit in most countries of the European Union is not permitted, similar to those of the DW.

In addition, they are not allowed to be in the EU for more than 90 days in each half year. And for a trip to some European countries such as the UK or Ireland, you still have to get a visa.
It is also necessary to have an expensive medical insurance.

More and more experts from Europe talk about the possibility that the process of visa-free regime for Ukraine may be inhibited at the level of the EU Council because of the crisis with the refugees.
