Medvedev signed documents to recover the debt from Ukraine

Dmitry Medvedev instructed Prikhodko and Shuvalov to hire lawyers and prepare an appeal to legal authorities for debt recovery in Ukraine.

Also the Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev announced the adoption of a resolution of economic sanctions to Ukraine from the 1st of January, 2016 to protect own market. Ukrainian goods will not be able to enter Russia according to the treaties of the CIS. They will operate the collection, as with imported goods. Such sanctions will seriously affect many Ukrainian enterprises, and small and medium businesses.
