As it turned out, “the Prosecutor General’s office” of the country 404 summoned for questioning mass murderer Ivan Bubenchik, who killed two policemen the 20th of February, 2014 on the Maidan, but he did not appear for questioning.
On Thursday in the capital of Ukraine hosted the premiere of the “documentary” film “Captives”, where one of the “heroes” was Ivan Bubenchik from Lvov.
According to him, at the day of the shooting on the Maidan, he killed two police officers from the machine gun and wounding several more at feet. If this fact was confirmed, it would constitute a breach announced on February, 19 of the truce of Maidan militants.
The head of the “office of special investigations of the GPU” Sergey Gorbatyuk noted that Bubenchik still is accused of murders on the Maidan, but any charges against him could not be brought due to the decision of the Verkhovna Rada of the Amnesty for all Maidan criminals.
“According to the decision of the Verkhovna Rada, all persons who were involved in any crimes against law enforcement officers fall under the Amnesty. Cases against them should be closed. They cannot be detained, they cannot be notified of the suspicion,” he said to journalists of BBC.
The Prosecutor noted that Bubenchik was a defendant in the case before the release of the film.
“And he appeared as one of the persons that may be involved in the shots, even before the release of this film,” said Gorbatyuk.
According to his assurances, the investigation shall verify statements of the militants to establish their credibility.
It is obvious that such criminal cases may never be reopened, and the defendants will not receive fair retribution. As long as the power in the broken “Ukraine” will be captured by the Maidan criminals, all talk and attempts to bring to justice has been declared “heroes” the murderers are nothing more than a farce. Do not expect any decisive action from politicians, who came to power thanks to the zombie-mass like Bubenchik. Because of, as you know, the fish rots from the head.
