Invaders’ capture of settlements of Donbas, located in neutral territory, leading to an escalation of the conflict and may end with the resumption of hostilities, declared today to journalists by the Deputy Commander of the corps of the Defense Ministry of the DPR Eduard Bacurin.

“With the signing of the Minsk agreements dated the 12th of February, 2015 the parties are obliged not to use force to capture settlements in the so-called gray area. Settlements Shirokino, Vinogradnoe, Pavlopol, Pischevik and Gnutovo located in the buffer zone near the contact line, at the time of signing of the agreements were not controlled to official Kiev,” he said.

According to him, yesterday the military-political leadership of Ukraine declared the victorious occupation of the peace settlements Pavlopol and Pischevik.

“Violent capture of data human settlements is a prerequisite for the resumption of the outbreak of hostilities. These facts speak about the direct disruption of “Minsk-2″ by Ukraine,” said Basurin.

The representative of the Defense Ministry added that the intelligence of the DPR continues to record the presence and accumulation of weapons of Ukrainian punishers near the contact line. According to Basurin, the number of weapons consists of tanks, self-propelled guns and howitzers.
