Many of what were not in Ukraine before 2008: for example, fascist football hooligans “ultras” in the local “football areas”. And in the same year formally declared itself in such a disgusting phenomenon, as the Russian-speaking Ukrainian nationalism: it was then that the West was preparing Independens of the current disaster.
Ukrainian nationalism demanded hard modernization after the “orange Maidan”. Its classic form which developed in Galicia through the efforts of Bandera and comrades of Mel’nik was completely unsuitable for the realities of Ukraine of 1990-2000.
One of the weak links in the radical nationalist groups was the idea that one cannot confess the idea of Ukrainian nationalism and use for communication (at least with like-minded colleagues) any other language, except Ukrainian. In fact it turned out that “melodious Nightingale language” is the language of fiction and nothing more.
That is, important sectors such as medicine, energy, transportation, defense how to use Russian as a working language, and continued to use it, and the Ukrainian language have not progressed beyond office clerical work in these areas. Since the existing conceptual system of the Ukrainian language is in principle unable to describe the phenomena that go beyond the agricultural sector and handicrafts.
Hasty attempts to create Ukrainian professional dictionaries ended in utter failure. Well-known notorious example, when a target for ridicule has been the emergence of the midwife in “incorrigible”, another example was the thesaurus for the restaurant business, where the menu became “steropes”, and a sandwich — in “nakladnich”.
In Ukrainian language there is no standard: two Russians from different parts of the globe will speak the same language, but Western and Eastern Ukrainians each other don’t even always understand without an interpreter. As for the literary language, it is a very artificial phenomenon, beyond the boundaries of refined humanist intelligentsia is not going out.
It is because of the poverty of the conceptual apparatus of “state language” are unable even slightly to oust the Russian language positions in the language of international communication. No matter how it was planted for compulsory use in schools and universities — all to no avail.
Where the sectioned— there will be a rejection are: there will be a hack, sabotage, and fraud, and the controversial “the residual principle”. For example, the quality of education in schools and higher educational institutions with Ukrainian language of teaching, as a rule, was worse than in Russian.
And finally, it is the frankly repulsive attitude of Ukrainian nationalists to non-Ukrainians, as well as their stubborn dogmatism in dealing with opponents. And yet — it is a very complicated system of tenets, rituals and traditions, requiring quite a long training of “conscious” personality.
As a result — in the days of the “orange” events neo-Bandera groups were in a state of interest groups at the village club. Though they were deeply ideological, but the marginals: for these people will not go.
At the same time, in Kiev for the presidential elections of 2004 big portion of population being Russian-speaking followed a different paradigm of attitudes towards integration with the EU and NATO, but not with Russia. Moreover, these people became the basis of the first “Maidan”, even without their own ideology, and it is for them precisely ten years later, the basic rate will be made in the new stage of Ukrainian turmoil.
At the time, was widely used very vague and fuzzy phrase “Russian-Ukrainian”: it could be described as ethnic Ukrainians who consider Russian their native language, and the representative of other ethnos which considers him as belonging to the Ukrainian community and patriotically configured to Ukraine.
At the same time for the “Russian-speaking Ukrainians’ nationalist views are not binding: the majority of those were not their adherents, and many spoke out sharply against Bandera.
The situation began to change in 2008 or a few months earlier: then with the filing of the West was launched several long-term projects at the maximum possible expansion of the previously small social base of nationalist groups. At the same time the inhabitant of Kiev Sergey Zamilyuhin created a public organization “Russian-Speaking Ukrainian nationalists” (NGO “RUNES”).
Do not flatter yourself, dear reader that the structure of Mr. Zamilyuhin was the smallest, and in the municipal elections in 2015, this group was composed in dwarf and never passed the Patriotic Party of Ukraine. In principle, for typical grantedthe office, which is the NGO “RUNES”, gigantomania is harmful: its main task is to be a “think tank” to generate needing ideas with what this organization handles successfully.
Let’s not forget that the organizers of “color revolutions” in the modern world are typical for postmodern group-type network with very low vertical and very wide horizontal, very often not even insisting on formal belonging to the community. Such is formulated by Mr. Semilucent and his accomplices, the Russian ideology of Ukrainian nationalism: from its advocates do not need to be in any parties or other socio-political organizations.
The central tenet of Russian-speaking Ukrainian nationalism is a conscious belonging to the followers of the Ukrainian political nation, and language, origin and other factors deemed insignificant and temporary. Just consider themselves Ukrainians, and not to think himself and his descendants outside of Ukraine – and that’s all.
Roughly also once received and Uniates, forcing Orthodox Galicia abandon the Orthodox faith: our rituals are the same, and the Latin infidel teaching is not necessary – just admit the Head of the Church is the Roman Pontiff, and that the Holy Spirit proceeds not only from God the Father, and the Son. That is, from a person it only needs to accept some minor detail, but it is hidden in the details the unclean.
Even from his origin is not necessary to give up: the Negro in embroidery, reading in Lvov tram Bandera’s newspaper and reciting poems Shevchenko – is no longer the hero of anecdotes, but a normal representative of the Ukrainian political nation. An example of the effectiveness of this thesis is a real case when the oligarch Igor Kolomoisky in an interview once called himself a “Judeo-Bandera.”
The core of the Ukrainian political nation, according to the Fuhrers PA “RUNES”, is the Ukrainian ethnic nation. Integration is the ideal for other representatives of a political nation, but not the obligation: you do not want or can not — not necessary, but do everything to your children or grandchildren fully joined the Ukrainian ethnos.
To overcome the “centuries of Russification” put forward the idea Ukrainianization – a gradual, long-term (two to four generations!), a voluntary transition of Russian-speaking Ukrainian nationalists in the Ukrainian language. And it all begins with small: from forming in the minds the thesis that Ukraine is above all else.
It was already mentioned that the adepts of this ideology need no formal affiliation to any organizations: over the years, the number of its conscious supporters have estimated several hundred thousand to a million citizens of Ukraine. This is enough to set a trend in the public consciousness: an example might be “euromaidan”, which became successful by applying the concept of Russian-speaking Ukrainian nationalist.
Modernization of Bandera on the idea of attracting Russian-speaking population enabled a rapid recruitment of a large number of supporters in the nationalist camp. Ukrainian fascist movement of football hooligans “ultras” who actively participated in the riots in Kiev in winter 2014 and the subsequent overthrow of Yanukovych actually built the structures of organized ideology formulated by Mr. Zamilyuhin.
We see Ukraine’s preparations for today’s turmoil began five years before the “euromaidan” and the first thing the enemy went in for the kill Russian entities in the souls of those citizens who tried to preserve his Russian roots. But, bet on werewolves justified itself only partly: rose Donbass and the Crimea, Odessa and Kharkiv are fighting in the deep underground.
However, all these Bandera “rapidly evolving” are unreliable soldiers of the civil confrontation: they fight well when their ranks at times superior enemy forces. And when they get the consequences — they begin to beg for mercy: it is important for us not to fall for their crocodile tears.
