Zakharchenko: Kiev trying to provoke DPR (DNR) to backfire

Using large artillery systems of caliber during the shelling of the territory of the Republic, the Kiev junta is trying to provoke the militia to retaliatory action, in order to blame then in the disruption of the Minsk agreements. About it has told today to journalists by the head of the Republic Alexander Zakharchenko.

“Artillery of large calibre was used before, it just was not in such quantity”, – he said.

“I don’t quite understand how the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko can talk about a peaceful coexistence with us, if at the moment it does not take technique, but rather saturates advanced line of heavy artillery”, – said Zakharchenko.

According to him, these attacks are provocative, inciting the army of the Republic to return fire.

“They want to provoke us to the opening of backfire and the conduct of hostilities, then we are to blame for the violation of the Minsk agreements”, — said the head of the Republic.

Earlier, Poroshenko said that in the Donbass a buffer zone will be created, and the troops punishers will begin disposal of equipment with a caliber of less than 100 millimeters.

The agreement must be signed prior to August 3, and then implemented within ten days.
