Ukrainian police opened a criminal case against the taxi drivers who beat the Nazi

Kamensky police opened criminal proceedings upon beating of the personal guard of the nationalist Dmitry Yarosh during the incident with the taxi drivers.

Radio Liberty reported about this on May, 30 in Kamensky police Department, reports the Voice of Sevastopol.

According to police, the proceedings were opened, according to the court, on the grounds of criminal offenses under part 4 of article 296 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (hooliganism). Information was included in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations.

Last week the Factory Kamensky district court satisfied the statement of the lawyer of the guard of the nationalist Dmitry Yarosh regarding the opening of criminal proceedings upon beating of his client. The lawyer of the guard of Yarosh Sergey Pogosyan insists that his client Mikhail Navrotskiy during the incident was beaten by a group of taxi drivers and used firearms as self-defense.

Now Nawrockiy is on treatment in regional clinical hospital, in particular, was diagnosed with a fracture of the skull bones, ribs and fingers.

As it was previously reported, the measure of restraint in form of detention for 60 days without the right to bail was chosen to the guard of the people’s Deputy of Ukraine Dmitry Yarosh, who is suspected in gunshot wound to the taxi driver.

On the14th of May in Kamenka, Dnepropetrovsk region there was a conflict with the shooting, one person was injured. According to police, the conflict occurred after a taxi driver did not answer the passengers on the Nazi salute.
