Concert on the occasion of Day of Russia held on June, 12 at the amphitheater at the monument to Pushkin. It was made by artists and groups of the DPR. A solemn meeting with participation of deputies of National Council of the DPR led by Chairman Denis Pushilin was held before the concert.

More than 500 people of all ages came to the event on the occasion of Russia Day

Except for the activists of the “Donetsk Republic” and the “Young Republic” the Donetsk residents that this Sunday were evening just walking along the Boulevard, pulled up to the scene. Many came to the festival with their families.

Pushilin, by the way, went on stage with his daughter. Addressing the gathering, he said:

“For a long time the world was unipolar, all was dictated by the States, and there was no one to oppose what was happening. Now the situation has changed and Russia is as strong as ever and determined. This is a country that has become a symbol of justice, a symbol of faith, the Orthodox faith. Now we see the victory of Russia, which is a very significant and may reverse the situation in the world. We have experienced what is the support of Russia, to support of a large and the correct country. We have always felt ourselves as Russians, we always felt as a part of a space much larger than they have tried to impose, by placing us in the framework of Ukraine. Even despite the fact that our conflict is delayed and is still not completely resolved, we have a bright future. Because we are an integral part of the great Russian world”.

The audience waved by flags of Russia and the DPR. There were many people in t-shirts with a portrait of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Except for the Chairman of the National Council of the DPR, the deputies came on the scene.

MP from OD “Donetsk Republic” Claudia Kulbatskaya told the word from them.

“We are fighting for our freedom and our culture. And we will win, no doubt can be. Because we – are together with Russia!,” she said.

After meeting various artists and bands have performed on the stage of the amphitheater. Among them, the ensemble “Kalinka”, a trio of Valkyrie, Ekaterina Polyanskaya and Ruslan Chernodub were.
Almost all participants of the concert were in Russian folk clothes.

They sang Russian folk, old and brand new songs about the Russians and Russia. The audience listened with pleasure and gave the performers a well-deserved applause.

On June, 10 the thousands protest meeting against the ongoing military and political aggression on the part of Ukraine against the Donbass was held in the capital of the DPR.

People who care about the fate of the DPR and which strongly oppose the imposition of any military missions on the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic arrived at the main square of Donetsk from all corners of the Republic.

The demonstration stretched for several kilometers from the library of a name of N. K. Krupskaya till Lenin square.

In the hands the protesters had signs in Russian, English, German and French: “No armed of the OSCE mission!”, “Armed mission = military intervention”, “No armed mission of OSCE”, “Donbass against the armed mission”, “Our security we will provide for ourselves!”

The rally began in the square by performances of the Donetsk state academic Philharmonic and amateur groups.

In the rally of protest in addition to the concerned citizens of the Republic was attended and by the Chairman of the National Council of the DPR Dennis Pushilin, the leader of OO “Young Republic” Sergey Kondrykinskiy, representatives of various departments and ministries, public organizations and trade unions, cultural figures.

Addressing the gathering, Denis Pushilin said

“Hello, People’s Republic of Donetsk! Dear friends and countrymen, we come to the square when you need it. When we need to decide what we need to do next. We were going in 2014 and 2015, and now we’re going not just.
We gathered to say our firm “No!” the armed of the OSCE mission in Donbass. For us it is absolutely clear that, in fact, the arrival of the armed of the OSCE mission to our home means a complete and irrevocable failure of the Minsk agreements.
Now Poroshenko to the whole world declares that it is necessary to change the mandate of the OSCE mission. It is the mandate, which was supported by the OSCE, and the UN Security Council. It is unacceptable for us”.

According to Pushilin, Kiev is profitable to make a third armed party to the conflict OSCE.

“Poroshenko is beneficial to make a third armed party to the conflict OSCE. For the AFU, armed observers will be an easy target. And according to the tradition, they again tried to blame us.”

That is why the MP urged residents of the Republic to say a decisive “No!” the introduction of armed OSCE mission in Donbass.

He said that the introduction of such a mission is a “complete discrepancy between the agreement and disruption of all formats”. The demonstrators in chorus repeated the words of Pushilin, determination was in the voices of the people. Pushilin also expressed confidence that the law enforcement agencies of the DPR themselves will ensure the safety of inhabitants of the Republic.
“Our law enforcement agencies may be able to ensure our safety, we don’t need anybody else”.

After the speech of Denis Pushilin and other speakers, the performers of the Philharmonic appeared on the scene again.

After the concert, people slowly began to disperse and go home.

Hello! Tell me, how do you feel about the demolition of the Lenin monument and the renaming of streets in Zaporozhe?

War with monuments is a war of cowards. The monument, as we know, cannot answer. Although we have monuments which can give the return answer to the aggressors. For example, tanks of the Second World War, which stood on pedestals, they’re out and successfully attacked the Kiev’s punitive battalions.

Seriously, after Bandera frenzy will come to naught in Ukraine (or it’ll be thrown by a potent “medicine”), we have all the monuments, “heroically cast down from their pedestals, to recover if it is possible. Of course, it must be not at the expense of the welfare of local residents. That is, first – is person, and then is a monument. But I would, in cases where the restoration of monuments flew a lot of money, at least set in their place, memorable characters with a promise to recover it when circumstances permit. And, perhaps, I would hold local referendums so that the people themselves voted for it whether they want to restore the monument – not to the detriment of their own well-being – or not. And if people say “Yes”, it is necessary to declare a nationwide fundraiser.

The most importantly is: all that was destroyed by Banderas – from plants to the monuments have to be restored. But it must be without strain, and without hysteria. We will all recover, all calmly and with dignity. Let Banderas jump in hysterics.

The same applies to streets and, especially, of cities. First – a referendum must be or a quality and honest poll, then figuring out the budget, then the restoration.

“Kievan-2″: Why from the very beginning of the uprising in Donbass it was built as a rebellion of one only of the Donbass for its separation from Ukraine, not as an uprising of Ukrainian people against unconstitutional seizure of power by the state criminals? Yet in other regions, on the whole unfortunate Ukraine and in the world, you are positioning just as the separatists, who are interested in the fate of only their region. Meanwhile we could talk about the uprising of the Ukrainian people against the usurpers and criminals. What do you think is it time to the Donbass and all who represent it, to modify and extend the stated objectives? For example, to require in the framework of the “Minsk-2” the participation of your politicians in all-Ukrainian elections, etc.

This is a complex issue; it is not for the short answer. I can only by dash. First, a single nation of Ukraine was not – it was split, and in many lines, not only to the West and the East. When the coup d’état was the Western Ukraine, as I understand it, was not against, as it hoped, that the whole of Ukraine will submit to its will and become not just unified, but under the same flag of “Ukrainians” and under the leadership of “conscious” — people of a superior race, the true Aryans, the descendants of the ancient ukrs who were arguing with the Atlanteans for supremacy, dug out sea and poured mountain ranges.

As for the South-East, that in fact the uprising started everywhere. It was almost all over the Southeast. However, Banderas were able to concentrate forces in certain key centers and to crush the rebellion on the rise – in Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk and Odessa. We in Donetsk and Lugansk were ahead of them.

And let’s not forget that Yanukovych and “Party of regions”, which could unite all the lands of the South-East, have betrayed us all and shamefully fled and scattered.

So, dear Kievan, after the Maidan uprising “of the people of Ukraine” against the usurpers was impossible, because of the subject, this was not – the people of Ukraine. The people were divided, including thanks to years of corrupt politics parties that by the split were gaining political points and places in the Parliament.

As for expansion of purposes, do not forget that the Ukrainian army and punitive battalions are on the boundary line against us, which are ready to rush in reckless, but no less brutal and bloody adventure. And we are only restoring our economy.

So while you must build the forces of resistance, at least cultural, but better — political. Well, we, as I have repeatedly said, will be able to assist, but only where the people will rise up against the lawlessness of power usurpers, armed by misanthropic ideology.

“Kievlyanin 1”: Why don’t you still spend the same direct line with residents of Kiev? Is there any understanding that the current Kiev actually does not correspond to the picture that for you have created through the media controlled by the oligarchs and come in large numbers from Galicia their attendants (the so-called journalists, polit-puppets, etc.)?

It’s an important question, so I will answer as an exception.

Of course, I know that the real Kiev does not like that is shown to the world by Ukrainian media. But I also know that the real Kiev does not say about this, or says only in the kitchen, and at the same time closing doors and windows.

When we saw what threatens to the Donbass from distribution of the Maidan all over Ukraine, we said “no”. And then we had to confirm our “no” with arms in our hands. And we did this, and have kept our honor and dignity.

I don’t call the people of Kiev at an armed insurrection, but I urge you to fight. In many places during these straight lines I have talked about how you can do it without a direct threat to your life. But free is also not going to happen. We have to pay for freedom and the right to be ourselves in such periods of history, when temporarily triumphs evil over us.

And let me tell you a little secret. With Kiev, I’m going to hold an online conference in the near future. Too many questions come from the Mother of Russian cities.

Dear Alexander Zakharchenko, when will your Donetsk People’s Republic release the Russian city in Dill-land?! And should we wait for your help in Zaporozhe?! Or do you cease to exist and return to Dill-land as the area?!

With what have you that? Our Republic is built and developed, despite the war and economic blockade. Ukraine had eliminated our banks – we have created our banking system. You know, what’s the difference? If in Ukraine the plant re-opens, after its former owner went to bankrupt it and it was closed. And our factories open after being bombed by Ukrainian military aviation, or by “Grads”.

And we are launching mines after the Ukrainian artillery purposefully broke their systems of software.

And since we’re talking, I’ll tell you another thing – pent. When I am brought to read articles from Ukrainian media, which gloat about the fact that we have relatively small pensions or wages, or suffer the delay in their payments, I am amazed. I am amazed by that perverted cynicism and some kind of moral inferiority. After all, what is the logic?

WE have bombed your plants, have ceased to pay pensions and social benefits, have disabled banking system and have shut down the border, and now you have small salaries and pensions. You see this logic? Do you see why I call it cynical and morally flawed? It’s as if I have robbed you, and then showed the finger and gloating that you go in rags.

But we didn’t give up. We are at war and work, because we know that there are things more valuable than Bank notes. This is right to be ourselves, freedom and justice, the life of conscience. And we will improve salaries and pensions because industry and agriculture are restored and a trade blockade, we go around by the flank, slowly, but surely.

And our residents remember and understand that with small pensions and wages our utility rates remained at pre-war (for Ukrainian chronology – pre-Maidan) level and some of the basic goods – not only food, but petrol – cheaper, than in Ukraine.

So what makes you think that we end its existence? We only came to live with our mind on our own, normal rules. It is without the oligarchs, and almost without corruption, for example. Where we see corruption – we cut off the roots, and so to teach it to others.

As for the “return” that I mentioned last straight line and we never come back in Dill-land. Now, if Dill-land will again be Ukraine, then we can start talking about the rules of the hostel.

Question: “We are adequate – we are more”.

Dear Alexander Vladimirovich! We believe and expect. Can we hope for decisive action for the release? I do not expect a detailed answer (just yes or no). Thank you. We fully support you!

Answer: This is the problem. You are more – and we know it – and you are adequate, but you at the same party, at least yet, passive. There is some irregularity.

Here you started well, but continued bad. You started with the fact that you are adequate and you are more, and continued to what you believe and expect. There’s no need to wait! If you have the majority, it’s time to convert that majority into power. There is a huge variety of ways. The most obvious and fastest to date – is the uprising and the election. But both are unlikely, I understand.

Hence, it is necessary to use other methods. Your problem is the dictatorship of a minority, aggressive and obsessive by man-hating ideology. This ideology makes your aggressive minority are ready for violence and murder. But you are not ready for this. It’s including the fact that you are adequate. Hence, it is necessary to achieve the right to vote and to gradually increase the value of the majority in politics – ours, local, Zaporizhzhian.  Just play by their rules. They blather about democracy? It’s great. We have read the books, know.

For example, require, as in Switzerland, a referendum on every issue: from how the route will pass of the city bus, to which public enterprises are criminal. They will not hold a referendum? Search for defenders in those places, where are the curators of your aggressive and inadequate minority: in Europe and the United States. Encourage recognition and support of your referendum in the European and American human rights organizations. Catch them at their word and their promises. Live with wolves – to howl as a wolf, as they say. The main thing – is not to sit and wait. If you will wait for just the fact that home-grown Banderas, backed in large numbers by members of “right sector”, you have taken away the last right – on house, children, life. I’m not talking about the right to native language, native culture and the real story.

In our city hundreds of anti-fascists are sitting in jail and prisons; they are bullied and tortured by executioners, and investigators. Donetsk human rights activists could, through the lawyers of political prisoners to find out the place of detention of each of them. What do you think, maybe next heating season, a condition of the sale of coal to Ukraine to make the release of all political prisoners from Ukrainian prisons and detention centers? The mechanism for this we need to work out now!

I want to hope that political prisoners who are sitting in prisons (including private prisons of SSU) and the detention center even BEFORE the heating season will be subject to exchange “all for all” or the Amnesty.

We remember about all of them and think their brothers-in-arms, so we will fight for all of them.

If the process drags on, we will consider all possible measures to encourage Kiev to ensure that political prisoners were released. We will consider your option. But it is too pervasive. Keep in mind that if we do not give Ukraine coal, everybody will freeze, including our friends and family. And it is even including those political prisoners who are in jail and prisons. You understand that for Kiev they are not only the enemies, but hostages. And we should remember this. Hostages should not suffer when they are released.

We are waiting for our husbands home, who for two years are fighting for the DPR and the LPR. It is clear that now they have no roads here. When…? Kharkov

1. Whether is Zaporozhe waiting and its inhabitants the same scenario as in Donetsk and Lugansk?
2. If Donetsk and Lugansk will be back in the Ukraine, will you be in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Deputy and representative of your regions?
3. How does the army of Donbass react to return areas back under the influence of the Kiev junta?
4. What post in politics would you like to continue to hold?
5. And aren’t you afraid that you can expect the same fate as the former Regionals over the alleged suicide?

1. It depends on, whether will raise the people of Zaporozhe uprising. If yes, then it is possible, although the strength of Kiev on two fronts is not enough. At least it is not yet. If not, if people will follow the path of political struggle, then you can avoid at least “hot” stage.
2. The key word is “if”. If Ukraine becomes another such as I described in the previous lines, then we will discuss. For me, even with this outcome – that there is another Ukraine – I see not our conventional faction in the Parliament, but rather our own Supreme Council, and Ukraine — on contractual relationship. Just say it’s something that I personally seem to be here at this moment. Circumstances change our plans.
3. The army of the Donbass will not go under Kiev’s junta is excluded by 200%. And the Donbass under Kiev’s junta will not go, I mean the people of the Donbass – 300%. We can talk only after Ukraine will change dramatically. The points are: condemnation of the coup d’état of 2014; the trial of war criminals; recovery of continuity in relation to the Ukraine, which radicals have buried in independence; free elections; a new Constitution or Confederation; reestablishment of Ukraine by free-hold land, that is regions.
4. Even thinking about it does not work. I now serve to the Donetsk People’s Republic that is to the people of the Donbass at the very responsible post of the Head of the DPR. And the work is – a car and small truck. That’s not counting the fact that the war is not over.

Their arguments are understandable. If the government in Kiev and in Zaporozhe shows such a criminal, heinous negligence, we may be faced with the situation from the depressing anecdote about “a monkey with a grenade”. You will agree that grenade is better to take away from a monkey, even if we have to crack it on the head with a club? Here are some of my comrades, who say: if we don’t take under control this situation ourselves, all may die – and Donetsk, and Zaporozhe, and many who else.

Of course, I restrain hot heads, because I still rely on the sobriety and rational egoism of Europeans, whom also this bowl is not a blow job. Perhaps I’m being too optimistic? Kiev authorities and their stooges in the regions I don’t believe for a penny and, moreover, I am not confident in their adequacy, but the Europeans, they must, finally, be frightened? The sense of self-preservation supposed to work?

But while we are closely watching what is happening around nuclear power plants in the South-East of Ukraine, and we are analyzing the situation. And decide this if the situation gets out of control.

Do you assume that your neo-Nazis can organize such a nuclear terrorist attack? Given that they already have done, to exclude such possibility it is impossible. But we have long (!) this possibility is not excluded and we are preparing. We do enough long abandoned the category of “can’t be” in relation to the Bandera power. EVERYTHING, even nuclear attack, CAN BE from them.

I’m not already living in Zaporozhe. A year ago, I went with my family. The next question is, why are these communication? What is their purpose? We’ve been waiting and hoping that something will change, at least in the Donbas for the better. There is no faith. What is all this?

Let me start from the end. You do not live in Zaporozhe, and you have no faith? Very sorry. And we here for the last two years live in the Donbass under rockets, shells and mines – and our faith will not go away. And I think I know why. Because we fought like hell, and now work as slaves in the galleys. But… We understand for what we fought and we know what we’re working for! We are all united around a simple, but such great ideas: Freedom, Justice, Conscience and Equality. Our entire ideology is in this. We want to live according to Conscience in a Free and Fair state where everyone is Equal.

For the purposes of this communication, I would like to ask you. It is because you sent me a question.

Actually, it all started from that. A lot of questions from those who live in the regions of the South-East of Ukraine have come through direct communication with me – personal site, pages in social networks. According to our concepts, they were from our brothers. And I decided to try to get the direct link using that channel – only possible in conditions of informational blockade. Hello. I am the Russian woman. In Russia, there are a lot of people who support Republic and they are worried for them. So first of all, it’s not even so much a question as a request. Conduct a straight line with us, Russians.

And now it is the question. In Uglegorsk the sniper was shooting at you during the interview. And, judging by the video, he got into one of the guards. I would like to know about his fate. Is he alive? If alive, how severe was the wound?

First, thanks for the support. We’re all feeling it here, in the Donbass. Secondly, I’m not sure that it is correctly to conduct a straight line with the Russians – those, who are in Russia, because with those volunteers who came to help us in the fight, I’m doing straight lines here, in Donetsk People’s Republic.

And too many of those with whom we started the struggle together — now  communicate more with the Russians, and in Russia than with us here, in the Donbass. I don’t think it is right.

And it is finally, in the third. During that interview, indeed, the sniper’s shot was, but no one was injured. I specifically watched that video. The guys that were around me – are experienced fighters, and they immediately began regrouping. Therefore, some of them dramatically “fell” out of the frame. But in the particular history with the interview no one was injured or killed. This before and after that many of my comrades were injured or killed. And each of them will forever remain with me.

It’s not a question, that’s the definition to Zaporozhets: to throw the oligarchs and all that they have on the territory of Zaporozhe, to take in favor of the development of the region, to exile the oligarchs outside of Ukraine.

It sounds nice. But what actually happened? The oligarchs, which you are talking about, tightly have fused with the political “elite” of today’s Ukraine, however, and last also, under Yanukovych. You cannot tear them from power, because they are the power. Therefore, “to expel the oligarchs” means in this case – the uprising. To expel them would have together with the government, at which they have on feeding. And the government has the tools of violence.

The Ukrainian government – is more than any other European. Because the Ukrainian authorities have not only official legitimate instruments of violence – the army, police, etc., but also illegal – punitive battalions, radical groups like “right sector” and others.

Therefore, on the one hand, we all remember the slogan of the Parisian students of the revolution in ‘ 68 — “Be realistic – demand the impossible!” — and on the other hand, to treat such matters seriously and it is necessary, I would say, as in business. If the inhabitants of Zaporozhe decide to throw from their neck oligarchs and feeding by them the power, you have to sit down and start writing a plan. And this really is the plan of the struggle for power – a new, people’s power, which will be able to use the same tools of legitimate violence, in order to destroy the oligarchic system.

Well and it is further as expected in terms of: goals and objectives, cash resources, materiel, etc.

Whether our victory is? I am for you! So we would like to see all Banderas went to Poland. Good luck to you!!!

We must understand that the Donetsk-Krivoy Rog Republic – is a history, and this history is important to us. We recognized the historical continuity in relation to the DKR, primarily in order to demonstrate our will to independence and to becoming a part of the greater Russian World.

We need to build a new state that would unite the regions of the former Ukraine, which want to live freely, maintaining their cultural identity and economic independence. In its quest to the West the Maidan government fell in the dead of dependency on the West and now a reference group for the government of Kiev is not of Ukrainian nation, but representatives of the financial and political elite in the US and Europe. We, as you know, do not care of high hills that believe the US or the IMF. We didn’t take loans from them. But even this is not important. Even in those times when Kiev was not in such a rigid dependence on the IMF and the Western financial elite, in power still stood oligarchic clans, and for them still the Ukrainian people and their livelihoods were not an end in itself. And for us, the people of Donbass and its welfare is the main and ultimate goal.

That is why we have not raised rates from the pre-war (in fact, the pre-Maidan) time, and therefore, despite the fact that we have any problems, it is still easier for our residents.

As for the future, if the power in the former Ukraine truly patriotic forces will come, and not those quasi-Patriotic PS and Bandera, who now call themselves so, then I am sure that their main task will be to change the relations with the IMF and the US-European financial structures. Debt of the state as at the time, the Bolsheviks refuse to fail, but you can stop to take them and to restructure already accumulated.

And most importantly: we need to rebuild the productive economy – the factories, mines and other businesses, translating into a peaceful track. And in order that these enterprises have started to work, we need close cooperation with Russia and the EEU. There, on the North and East is our market. Cooperation with this region will allow us to quickly rebuild, but also to begin the upgrade of production facilities.

I recall that frame economic growth in the USSR, based on which the country has become a world leader, was the industrial complex on the arc from the South-East of Ukraine to the Urals. In fact, from the point of view of economy it was one complex. And in order to bring down the Soviet Union economically, those traitors who destroyed the USSR, was built between the Ukrainian South-East, and the Russian Urals border. Thus the key, underlying cooperative ties have been broken.

We now need to restore a uniform industrial complex with Russia and the EEU – then all the countries in the Union will have new opportunities. And for the Ukrainian people is: jobs, decent wages and full budgets and so on with all the consequences.

But this is possible only after the political direction of Kiev will be replaced, or Ukraine will disintegrate, and then Donetsk can start picking up free lands of the former Ukraine. Political will we have enough.

And the main principle is the principle of nationality. Development and recovery needs immediately and directly affect the well-being of our citizens. Many residents of Zaporozhe joined the militia of Donetsk and Lugansk republics, but they fight in different divisions. We considered the possibility of the formation of territorial units. The same queries were from Odessa and Kharkov. Until we have another task – to create a regular army in which all units are equal and to some extent the same. A few years ago reflections on the disintegration of Ukraine and its consequences could only appear in books on alternative history or science fiction novels. Today, however, on real maps of Eastern Europe there are the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics. And it is a historical fact.

Those who pretend that it is not, I advise to drive by the car in a straight line from Dnepropetrovsk to Rostov-on-don. And then they can see is there the DPR or not.

If we go back to your question, today it is a matter likely to decay given the fact that now any future for Ukraine became possible, from complete collapse to recovery.

The reasons are many, but the root cause is one: the state’s ultra-right coup and the coming to power of people who depend on radical Bandera and neo-Nazi groups. The result is a diversified multinational, very different country with stupid violence – physical and spiritual – to drive under one pattern “Ukrainians.”

The slogan “Ukraine for Ukrainians” has prevailed, that is, all citizens of Ukraine are decided to remake the Ukrainians – Jews, Greeks, Hungarians, Romanians, Byelorussians and, importantly, to Russians, where a few tens of millions are in the Ukraine. Some laws that are violated very rarely are in the development of societies. For example, “minority” it is impossible to assimilate, if it is between one third and one half of the population. Well just will not work – yet it is unclear who assimilates. This can be done only by means of violence. What we have seen.

In normal countries in this multi-ethnic composition are finding ways dormitories through dialogue and mutual concessions. Then all the peoples living in the country mutually enrich each other. But it is in normal countries. This could happen in Ukraine, but in fact, immediately after the collapse of the Soviet Union and the emergence of the state of Ukraine was the course on “the nationalization of the state”, to create preferential conditions for ethnic Ukrainians. Although, in my opinion, in terms of ethnicity, the Ukrainians – are the same Russians, only with their special historic appearance, language, culture and so on.

Yesterday the Head of the DPR has visited for one of the checkpoints located in the line of fire. Alexander Zakharchenko has repeatedly stated that he is nostalgic for the days when he was constantly in the neighborhood with his men, so he took time out to visit guys at the forefront.

After awarding the defenders of the Donbass who distinguished themselves in battle, the Head of the DPR in a relaxed atmosphere talked with the brave fighters.

Provocations from the Ukrainian side continued, shelling of the checkpoint riddled with shrapnel did not stop during the visit of Zakharchenko.

On one of posts of the Head of the DPR, drawing attention to the easily-dressed young scout (and the first month of summer in the DPR is quite cool), gave the fighter his uniform.

Then Alexander Zakharchenko said goodbye to the soldiers, and in order to secure the way for their commander, our guys took anti-sniper measures.

Today our Republic celebrates the Day of border guard. This holiday is especially important to us now, when, in spite of international diplomatic agreements, the cities of the Donbass actually live in a state of war and protection of the borders of the DPR from Ukrainian aggression occurs daily.

Conflict with unequal correlation of forces has been ongoing for two years, but due to the continuous feat, which is made by our military and law enforcement agencies, we have the opportunity to continue to live, to work and not to leave our homes.

In Russian history the first hero, defending the borders of his country, was Ilya Muromets, warrior and Orthodox Saint, whose relics now repose in Kiev. And this is another sign that the Russian land cannot ever be under the yoke of the enemy. Well, while many military and political forces slowly but surely bring Victory, our peace is guarded by the border guards.

Good afternoon, dear residents of Kherson and other cities. As I promised, I’m stepping out “live”. Until, of course, it is with the help of the Internet. And I just want to say thank you for the questions that you sent in advance. It was important for me and interesting to read, even those which the reporters called “inconvenient”. It is clear that the answers I have prepared in advance too and they have been already published, as I understand it.

But since the questions keep coming, and time is limited, I immediately begin to answers online.

Question: can you comment on the aggravation of the situation on the line of the collision? What, in your opinion, connected the increase of attacks?

The attacks, by which the Ukrainian military and punishers regularly subjected our city, have multiple values for Kiev.

First, it is harassing fire, which allows them to maintain the theme of war in the hot state for internal use. In fact the war with us is one of the main trumps of Poroshenko and Co in domestic politics. In a war everything can be written off.

Secondly, these attacks allow them to maintain the theme of war in an international context. Poroshenko thus blackmails, first of all, Europe. And it is more to the point, Merkel and Hollande, who have put their signatures under the Minsk agreements and thus put their personal reputations on the scales. Here especially for them, Poroshenko every day is threatening to disrupt the truce and by the transition to full-scale warfare. For Merkel and Hollande it will be a political defeat. Instead, Poroshenko demands from Europeans to keep sanctions against Russia and – by order of Washington – destroys any attempt of Europe to restore normal relations with Russia.

It is no secret that the close friendly relations between Russia and Europe are a pain in the neck for Americans. So here Poroshenko is the executive of order from Washington. And for that Poroshenko needs not only the attacks on our cities, but, unfortunately, the victims.

And the acceleration is due to changing of foreign policy situation. More and more leaders in the West want to turn the page of this war and start working with Russia as before. Well, the EU summit is not far off. Previously, Kiev before such summits staged a bloody provocation, now just amplifies the attacks. Meanwhile we do not rule out provocations.

– When in Kherson wait for the liberation army of AFN? When in March 2014, there were rallies of “anti-Maidan”, I said the leaders of these meetings that by the meetings they will achieve nothing, it is necessary to take power by force. They said that will solve everything quietly. Quietly did not.

Given my combat experience, hardly anyone dares to call me a coward, so I’ll tell you – take your time to fight! War is scary; it’s death, blood and dirt. I know what I’m saying.

This does not mean that you should sit quietly and wait until you will be finished. But resisting have to be clever and modern. There are many methods. Are idiots in power? Change the power. There are mechanisms that till the time will not cause suspicion at Bandera and then it will be too late.

Power hammers you and your children by propaganda? Create counter-structures, search for new, unconventional  methods of counter-propaganda.

And most importantly, keep human, civil, family, generational connection and be ready that the city and the region as one were able to make that final step. What will it be? Time will tell. It may be elections, a referendum, maybe civil disobedience, maybe the “Italian strike” may “March on Kiev”, and maybe just resistance. Believe and not give up – then we will succeed.

– Andrey Gordeev: are you ready to fight me personally in a duel? The choice of weapons is yours.

I understand that this is not the Governor of Kherson region Gordeev that this is a joke. Well, I am going to make a joke in response. After video from May 18, from PPC “Chongar” on which the Governor Gordeyev calls for Putin and sings stupid songs, it became clear that he can fight just on the music ring. So we wait for him at the Eurovision song contest-2017 in Kiev.

– What steps should be taken by the state of Ukraine that the People’s Republics returned to its composition? Is it even possible?

To do this, Ukraine needs to return to the condition of the state. That is, the government must be replaced; the coup of 2014 has to be condemned. Denazification should be conducted. After this you need to restore the state, that is, to hold free elections and to recognize the succession in relation to the Ukraine, which was buried on the “Maidan” as a state.

Then it is necessary to carry out a real constitutional reform and the unitary transform Ukraine into a Confederation, that is, the vacant land of the former Ukraine needs to re-establish their country, which will be followed by the national-cultural, historical and economic characteristics of all those wishing to be part of the Confederation lands.

And then conditions will be created our Donetsk People’s Republic will start negotiations with Ukraine on the principles of the hostel.

– No one is encouraging the destruction that was brought by the coup of 2014. But in Kherson and region there is no organizing force that could unite all who wish to oppose the current impostors from power. Regions, the Communists — all of their leaders had disappeared. What to do?

You must organize yourselves. I have said repeatedly and Kharkov, and Odessa, and already here the residents of Kherson. There is no need to wait that someone will come and save. In general, this position is weak: come and free us. It was so when weak Europeans have waited in 1945 that the Red Army would come and save them. Our ancestors saved themselves. Well, half of Europe they had to be released at the same time, to suppress the evil in the bud.

It needs to organize you. You must do it smartly, modernly, not substituting, to prepare the situation for possible changes.

– What do you think: Kherson will be renamed in a simplified version, as Dnepropetrovsk in the Dnieper? And will there be on the maps Tavria’s under-Crimean-Tatar Tatar Autonomous khanate (Republic)?

Yes, the restoration of the Donetsk People’s Republic within the borders of the former Donetsk region of Ukraine is our priority. And there are political and legal grounds for it: the referendum on the 11th of May, 2014 was held in the entire territory of Donetsk region, including Slavyansk, Kramatorsk, Mariupol. However, at the moment, at least, before Kiev in spite of the Minsk agreements will begin the offensive, we expect to solve the issue of REUNIFICATION of parts of the Donetsk People’s Republic through diplomacy. There is a chance that this issue will be the result of the Minsk process. And we want to try and take advantage of this opportunity. For one simple reason: war is scary and sad. War NECESSARILY leads to the death of people, including civilians, and the destruction of the human environment. Unlike Kiev, we do not want to fight to the last citizen of Donbass. So today we are fighting at the negotiating table.

– Alexander Vladimirovich, in Ukraine every day it becomes worse and worse, impossible to live in it, when “polite people” can help us in restoring order?!

The key word in your statement is not “polite people” (by the way, we in the Donbass are too polite), but “help us”. If you stand for a new, free life without a Bandera, Russophobia, external control and the collapse of the economy, by and large, against national betrayal by the Kiev authorities, then you certainly politely will be helped. Remember in “the Brother-2”? “We in war do not throw ours”. However, we in civilian life were not accustomed to throwing ours.

– If it were possible to go back to the beginning of 2014, what would you do and what is not? If it is possible – without slogans and clichés.

Without slogans and cliches? And with the knowledge of what all has evolved? Let’s. We would begin to arm ourselves not after the “Maidan” and before. It was for to strangle the Bandera Maidan vermin in the bud. All the other “what would we do and what is not” relate to matters of warfare.

In any case, it seems to me that after Bandera’s coup was committed on the Maidan by forces of the ultranationalists, other events have followed a logic, which had no alternatives. It’s including the failure of Donetsk to recognize “Maidan” and the introduction tanks in the Donbass by Kiev.

Pardon for the egotism, I understand how hard this is, but still ask. How can you help us? We have here and the occupants of the destroyer’s battalions, and the new occupants of the battalion of the Majlis, and the oligarchs, which are essentially the same occupants? Can you help us in confronting this occupation?

It’s a very good question. I thought so, no one will ask. On the second point: of course, the massive anti-war demonstrations (and even a mass collection of signatures) will affect the policy of Kiev. Because of today, they use the rigged polls and declare to the world that the majority of former residents of Ukraine are for the war. Prove that it is not so! Prove that the majority of residents do not want war. In the end, arrange a “peace march” in Kiev from all regions. They did not have enough executioners and Banderas on you all, because most of them are sitting here at us, just beyond the line of demarcation.

– Given the current political and economic situation in the Republic, do you consider the possibility of realization of the project “great Novorossia”?

I don’t really like the word “draft” in this context. You know, earlier they said “DPR project”. Now, the Donetsk People’s Republic is not a “project”, it is a reality. Every project has its beginning and its end. Donbass is not the case, and to Novorossia, by the way, too. How many centuries are of Novorossia? How much of this time through the lands of Novorossia passed states, regimes, invaders, liberators, how many wars, revolutions, renaming, etc. And you ask about it. This means that Novorossia – is not the project. It is a historical fact and a historical reality.

Will there be Novorossia on the map? It depends on us. But I somehow think that two years ago tens of millions of people have remembered about Novorossia not in vain.

– Tell me, do you plan your future as a politician? And do you have plans to lead a whole new liberated Ukraine?

I became a politician by captivity. Just when there was a long truce, and we moved on to reconstruction and the construction of our state, I had to engage in political work. Although, like the military I have traits these to politicians are disadvantages, how colleagues explain to me. I don’t like to be photographed, for example, and I am said all the time that it is necessary. And for me, so it needs to do business, and not to talk about it. So journalists and I don’t really like. And that, as they say, is also a disadvantage for a politician. However, our journalists know about it and therefore are understanding.

In general, instead of as to tell reporters about how to fight, I find it easier to go and fight myself. How it was in Debaltsevo, when we had one war at all. It needed, I took the place of the second number of the machine gun. It needed, along with friends raised to attack the others.
In general, it is hard – to deal with the policy. It is easier to fight and to build.

But I like the military, in particular, am accustomed to obey orders and to serve. And when in November, 2014 I was elected the Head of the Republic; I took this as an order from the people. Well and I serve. And if we must engage in politics – will do, as long as necessary for victory. All my life I learn and learn quickly. So we will compete with Maidan’s in the political field.

So, as you say, about a new, liberated Ukraine, my principles will not change. They will call – I will serve. But there’s a lot that needs to happen. It’s in Ukraine. I already said that probably is not the Donbass will join Ukraine, and Ukraine – the  Donbas. And it was no joke. As Ukraine and the Ukrainian people will return to freedom, we will unite. The Donbass will not go to captivity, but is ready to unite the vacant land of Ukraine and to render them all the assistance as we can. Of course, together we are stronger.

– Genichesk: Tell me, when fascism will be defeated? Good luck to you!

As I have repeatedly said, it depends on us, from each. Not a hurricane and earthquake will sweep away the criminal regime of Bandera, and people.

– How do residents of the DPR take the Minsk agreements?

I will not lie, they have bad attitude. And not even by the Minsk agreements as to how they are performed.

It is more precisely, as they are NOT performed by Kiev. I constantly hear the question: why do you comply with the Minsk agreement, if Poroshenko does not comply them? To this question my answer is: Poroshenko and even more so those who stand behind it – from the “conscious” nationalists to Washington, they only wait when we’ll violate the Minsk agreement. Then they’ll nullify all our achievements and everything starts over again. But the Minsk agreement – this is really a diplomatic defeat for Kiev. And Kiev knows it. Even holding Kiev to the Minsk format constantly undermines the Maidan’s regime from the inside. And by the Minsk agreement we were given a breather, and we rapidly build our state, to restore destroyed by the punishers and provide as much as an acceptable quality of life for our residents.

Of course, each firing of our cities, every attack generates in our residents desire to sweep the Ukrainian army which is behind the line of demarcation and Kiev regime itself. But it is a big war. And it is a huge number of victims. We are not Kiev – we are not going to fight with it until the last inhabitant of Donbass.

Now we are fighting a war on the political and diplomatic battlefield. And we win. Albeit slowly, but we win. So while it is possible to ensure our victory through political means, we will use them.

Well, if Kiev does not stand the nerves, and they will go on the offensive, then they will not be spared and then wait for us, including yourself.

Although the question is not from Kherson, but there are similar there too. So I will answer you.

The visit, as you call it, “the shepherd of the Kiev fascists” to Mariupol – is a symbolic gesture. Kiev under the patronage of Washington generally inclined to get involved in such symbolic gestures designed to influence public opinion within the country and to demonstrate the confidence of Kiev abroad. Like, if Poroshenko stands in Slavyansk, and the American Ambassador in Mariupol, it means that these cities will remain forever near Kiev. It does not mean anything!

These symbolic gestures are irrelevant to the real future. To the real future of Slavyansk and Mariupol have the relation to those repression – physical, economic and cultural – which the Kiev regime exposes our city. And this repression not to overlap in the public minds no symbolic gestures, whether by the march of embroidered shirts or the arrival of the American Ambassador.

Kiev just got from Washington the assurance that the people rednecks and stupid. But it is not. We in the Donbas have long been convinced that people, as a rule, smarter than their power. Just power is more organized and on its side are the tools of violence. But if the people are organizing and taking tools of power, then they – the people – show who’s smarter. If you don’t believe me, read the story of the Donbass of the last two years.

– Alexander! When we are going to hang war criminals???

Do you know what normal people differ from war criminals? The fact is that war criminals hang unwanted people on their own, and normal people – by the court. That’s why we are now collecting materials for the prosecution of war crimes of those politicians and military in the Ukraine, which they did.

Although we remember that there is more “Israeli option.” That is, if the obvious culprit cannot be punished by the court, the retribution will come one way or another.

– What is the currency in the DPR, and in whose budget does the Republic pay taxes?

We still operates a multi-currency system, though in fact the main currency is the Russian ruble. But you can still pay with UAH, the dollar or the Euro. Multi-currency system has become our response to the economic blockade by Kiev.

And taxes we do not pay anyone. Moreover, by the taxes we form our own budget that is spent on the needs of the Republic and its people.

Actually, that’s what we voted in the referendum two years ago. For independent development. Not only economic, but also political, cultural, etc.

– Tell me, dear Alexander Vladimirovich, to be honest, the people of Donbass wanted in Russia, why aren’t you in there? And are there any plans? When will a referendum be on joining the Russian Federation? My relatives have no strength this miracle to wait! Thank you.

To be honest, the people of Donbass have held, and still hold different views about their future. And the main achievement of our Republic at this point is what the future of our nation is openly. It is different the future. And no one – neither the Americans nor the armed Bandera, nor the oligarchs — will not be able to GRANT our people their future. This is called freedom – the opportunity to decide their destiny and choose the future. It is a pity that the people of Ukraine today are deprived of this right.

Back to your question. The referendum on accession to Russia is one of the possible ways of development of Donbass. But agree that a referendum should be carried out when it is possible to realize the choice that makes the people. Here a referendum on independence, which our people conducted on May 11, 2014, we were able to implement, though, and paid for that choice a very high price. And given this price is the lives of our citizens, in the struggle for independence, it dictates the need to finish this fight.

We need to build an independent state, and then we will deal with all the people which way to go. You understand that we all don’t live in a vacuum. There are neighbors, there are interested players in the international arena, there is the international community itself, from the opinion which depends not only the existence of an independent Donbas, but even the well-being of each of our residents. In the end, let’s not forget that the reunification needs not only the will of all parties, and opportunities – political, economic, etc.

So we will take a decision on holding a referendum about accession to Russia when we are confident that we can realize the choice of our people, whatever it was. And today, by the way, as sociology shows, among the options most desirable future for our people, as there is the option of joining Russia, and the option of a sovereign independent state.

Therefore, all the time.

– Do you believe the Russian propaganda that the leadership of Ukraine is the Ukrainian nationalists? Despite the fact that Ukrainians in the leadership of Ukraine there were not, since March, 2014.

And the question is interesting. Let’s in order.

First, the case is not in Russian propaganda. I’m talking about what I see and what I know. Me, especially in my current situation, it’s difficult to “remade” by propaganda. That is for the reason that I have much more information about processes than at the “propagandists”. Rather I “remade” them.

Secondly, do I believe that the leadership of Ukraine is a supporter of “Ukrainians” and Ukrainian nationalists? If to clarify the issue and to talk about the nationalists  (they are different), and the ultra-nationalists or neo-Nazis, there are units the leadership of Ukraine. The fight against oligarchs was made easier for us because they all fled from the Donbas since the beginning of the punitive operation of Kiev against us. Although now they are trying by a roundabout way come back. But we remain vigilant. Dismantling the oligarchic economy is one of our main priorities.

However, we clearly make a distinction between the oligarchs who ruined and continue to ruin Ukraine, and just rich businessmen. If a man is rich, knows how to organize production  and, more importantly, regularly pays taxes to the Treasury, we are happy about that. But if that same person tries to get into politics and the decision-making process in the state – namely, it is a symptom of the oligarchy, that is, the merging of business and politics, we quickly cut. This option we will not pass.

To your question about nationalization, I almost answered. It is for us – not an end in itself. In the current circumstances, generally the most optimal way – is public-private partnership. This allows, on the one hand, to attract investment, and on the other to a sufficient extent to control the development of the economy in the state. In general, do not get involved in the book theories and try these books of theory to bring to life. Life is more complicated than any textbook and any books on economics. So it is necessary to solve problems in the most efficient way, based on the current situation. Most importantly is that the objectives were correct. Mr. President!
The media reported that you attended a state of national security and took the initiative to solve the problem of mass statelessness in our country. This is the first initiative of its kind top officials for the entire period since the restoration of Latvia’s independence.

Your initiative develops without the participation of representatives of non-citizens and representatives of the Russian community of the Republic. Meanwhile, the problem of mass statelessness is a problem solely of those who live in the Russian linguistic and cultural basis, and in Latvia they are two-fifths of the total population.

Recognizing the importance of preventing development in Latvia ethnic conflict on the Ukrainian scenario and fully supporting the initiative to solve the problem of mass statelessness I would bring to your attention the position of non-citizens and members of the Russian community.

1. Russian ethnic group live on the territory of the Republic of Latvia for over a thousand years, although its numbers are often changed under the influence of various geopolitical factors.
2. Russians actively participated in the formation of all forms of Latvian statehood, including the establishment of the current Republic.
3. On the15th of October, 1991 the main part of the Russian population of has already been established the Republic of Latvia, was unjustly deprived of citizenship rights and turned into non-citizens.
4. After the establishment of the Institute of non-nationals, the elite which came to power began to build “Latvian Latvia”, which meant a forced squeezing over the border of one and assimilation of the other part of the Russian population.
5. The policy of building a “Latvian Latvia”, which lasted a quarter of a century, has completely failed. Russians have not left from their homeland. Russians did not become a Latvians. This is evidenced, for example, the results of the referendum of the 18th of February 2012, where 25 percent of the population voted for giving Russian a state of the second language, and another 15% of the Russian population, non-citizens demonstrated their desire to freely use their native language.
6. After a language referendum, the ruling elite, instead of looking for possibilities of harmonization of interests of members of the Latvian and Russian communities, took a route headed for the persecution by the forces of the state apparatus of the leaders of the Russian community and advocates for the rights of non-citizens. They adopted a number of laws restricting democracy; officials on human rights went the offensive.
7. Repressions against leaders of the Russian community and of the movement of non-citizens have increased ethnic tensions in Latvian society. Recently, it was decided to suppress this tension with the help of attracted outside military contingents, that is, through the internationalization of ethnic conflict. As the experience of Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria and several other countries internationalization does not solve ethnic conflicts, but destroys the state.
8. Non-citizens and members of the Russian community in general, are interested in how to prevent the escalation of ethnic conflict in Latvia, and especially in its internationalization. We are interested in the existence of an independent, prosperous country in which all ethnic groups have equal rights; all feel their belonging to a single Latvian political nation. The first step to achieving such a goal is the restoration of the rights of citizenship to all those who possessed them from the period from independence until the 15th of October, 1991. It will be a signal that the ruling elite care about the preservation of our common home – Latvia.

In the Gospel of Mark says, “If a kingdom is divided against itself cannot stand the kingdom; and if a house be divided against itself cannot stand that house “(Ch. 3, p. 24-25).

A rock concert of Donetsk young bands entitled “Live Donbass” took place on May, 21 at the amphitheater at the monument to Pushkin, that the common people called “Head”.

Reviving a long tradition of street sessions, the musicians performed under the open sky.

A group “Polyphony”, fronted by Dmitry Guts opened the evening. The guys playing “soft rock”, performed driving and dynamic song, not their own, and cover versions.

Among them there was the song of our countryman Venya D’rkin — “About him”. This evening there was also “Teach”, “unknown group”, “Cocktails”, “Carefree” and others.

The second one was “Mist Station” (“Station of fog”) – the group that recently released their debut single “Cigarettes and coffee”.

The guys surely went out to the public, having played a little scene of a telephone conversation. Setting a humorous style, the musicians throughout their speech, joked and joked, told funny stories.

Ironic and self-ironic lyrics combined with powerful guitar riffs. Descended from misty station sang – “Cigarettes and coffee”, “Life”, “Be yourself”, “Aspirin”, well, very unusual version of a mega-popular at the time song group “the Beetles” “the Battery”.

The concert ended with the young and the restless “Lost Pages” playing in the style of pop-punk, alternative rock, post-grunge-oriented and foreign old school rock music.

The only team’s girl Diana Chumak impressed everyone with her strong, emotional vocals and performing style, reminiscent of the voice of the legendary Suzi Quatro.

Recall that the concerts on the “Head” took place regularly prior to hostilities. Today musicians want to renew the experience of playing in the fresh air.

At the moment negotiations are underway with the city administration. It is possible that the concerts will be moved from the boulevard of Pushkin to the dance floor of Shcherbakov’s Park.

We all have fresh memories of the events of the first decade of May in Ukraine. We remember the pathetic spectacle with the mining of Kulikovo Field in Odessa, where the government has shown a complete inability to save face: they only pissed off the people who came to honor the memory of the victims of the House of trade unions. We remember how brutal Bandera mocked by those who was not afraid to come out in the columns of the Immortal regiment in order to give the spiritual battle to Nazism, which has raised its head. We remember how from the high stands in Kiev immediately homegrown Goebbels squealed about the necessity of banning the celebration of May, 9: it turned out that neither the notorious freaky flower, nor hard engrafted “day of mourning and reconciliation”, have not found response in the hearts of the absolute majority of Ukrainian citizens.

Associates of Poroshenko were in a situation of gamblers, when absolutely everything is at stake, and the bluff did not work: Fosca would not break the ACE of trumps. For it is not said in vain that cheat endlessly and all will not work: sugary tales about European delights crashed on the merciless reefs of Ukrainian realities. It is especially in a situation where jobs and wages are declining, and prices for utility services exceeded the average pension in the country. The situation on other fronts was equally disastrous for Ukraine.

In such a situation, the bouts of impotent rage will cover Bandera each time more and more. And they will take it out on anyone who gets them under the hot hand: this is a blind anger in all of its senselessness and brutality.

Of course, and repression of dissent in the occupied territories will be, and the frequent sabotage — in the Donbass which is not controlled by the junta. It is possible that in their rage Bandera will even go on such step, as a deliberate device of a radiation accident in the midst of the holiday season to annoy the Crimea which set sail from them. And no matter how many theirs will suffer: it is important that the hated Muscovites became sick.

The Kiev regime is not so much like a mortally wounded beast, how much the cancer at the last stage, when its decay metastases poison the body and cause what doctors call cancer cachexia. Ukraine is at this stage of its career: the painful dying of the Independent has begun. So we need to be prepared for the fact that the spawn of the Bialowieza conspiracy before the inevitable doom will try to do as much as possible crimes: if to the bottom — so with music!

I’m sure the time will come when we will be able at the same Kulikovo field to erect a monument to those people who gave their lives for the same ideals for which we fight. Many people think that history does not repeat itself. I would like to remind the Odessa 1380 Kulikovo field, which in those days’ Russian arms won a brilliant victory. Russia managed to throw off the yoke of the Tartar yoke. And the whole world to say that we stood up and squared his shoulders. What happened in Odessa – it is also a victory. It was spiritual victory. The whole world said that we are not afraid to die we’re not afraid to ascend to the fire and we are not afraid for your beliefs to lay down their lives. The citizens have shown the world and many of us limitless self-sacrifice… Why now are afraid of Odessa? Why now afraid of the Kulikovo Field? Because they are afraid of those people who are willing to die. So we must catch up with technology, catch up with the Azov battalion and a National Guard. And for that, Odessa is also a big thank you. They are truly martyrs, are the heroes which fought on our land. The same as we, but only gave their lives there. Huge thanks to the parents of these people, the children of these people, who really showed that Odessa is struggling. In memory of these people I encourage to remember what happened on the 2nd of May. They showed an example of how to fight.

And then their trip will be meaningless and they will have to return traveling expenses to the Treasury.

It often happens that the revolution provoked some tragic event – related, usually with the death or abuse of political or cultural symbols. But this revolution in Odessa has not happened, in 2014. Perhaps the horror of the crime that was committed on the Kulikovo field and in the House of trade unions paralyzed the will of the citizens of Odessa. The fact was the calculation of the criminals. It is also worth noting that this is not the first “battle” of the nationalists with the animals. Recently, the snakes attacked the checkpoint of Ukrainian punitive gangs in Slavyansk, several militants were bitten.

Unfortunately, nothing is said in the message about the fate of the selfless animal.

On Monday, May 2, the DPR’s residents on the capital’s Lenin square honored the memory of the inhabitants of Odessa, who were killed by Ukrainian Nazis two years ago in the trade unions House.

In the afternoon in the square an exhibition of photographs of those terrible events was organized, several thousands of the citizens of Donetsk and guests of the city could look at the terrible documentary photos.

In the evening there was a rally on which was shown a video message from the Head of the Republic Alexander Zakharchenko.

The event was ended with a symbolic launch of pigeons in the sky of Donetsk and academic concert titled “Requiem”.

The Ministry of state security of the DPR has prevented the assassination of the Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko. This was stated today by the Agency.

“April 28, 2016, employees of the Ministry of state security of the DPR have prevented the assassination of the Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko,” said the Agency.

Stated that “as a result of carrying out quickly-search actions it was detained a group of Ukrainian citizens arriving from the territory controlled by Kiev, who were carrying a powerful explosive device, disguised as the interior.”

Briefing of the Deputy of the corps Commander of the defense Ministry of the DPR Eduard Basurin was held today in Donetsk. Plan of cultural events that will take place in the capital of the Republic on the 11th of May, 2016 was presented today during hardware meeting in the city administration by the head of Department of culture Alena Elyosydze.

Nyshchuk insists on “very hard” list of not entrance artists, which will be coordinated with the Ukrainian special services.

According to Nyshchuk, thorough internal work “without press conferences and without submission to the people of many things” should be done for the mechanism of prohibition of the Russian content. Many of the materials and the goods had never been done in the Donbass, therefore, Russia’s help is invaluable. However, self-sufficiency grows. We’re looking at two negative examples and a huge amount of positive. A negative example is Ukraine, what it had been BEFORE the coup d’état and, especially, what it became AFTER the coup d’état and the coming to power of Banderas and neo-Nazis. Among positive examples – Russia stands out in particular.

We are building the state, whose main task is the welfare, both material and mental, of the people. That’s why we are called “People’s Republic”. In order to achieve results, we must exclude the two main evils which have attacked and continue to attack the Ukrainian state – the oligarchy and the accompanying corruption. Moreover, these defects are so ingrained in the very fabric of the state that is pretty hard to uproot them. But we are not going to give up.

And there is the main, positive, task. We build such a state, for which the citizen is the alpha and omega in deed and not in words. Here’s a simple example. Any saved penny we spend to the quality of life for our residents increased. We are keeping prices at pre-war level. We by economic means bring down the prices of food and basic consumer goods. All the work of the economic bloc of our government aims to increase pensions, allowances, scholarships, salaries. It is a priority. And the results are already there. This is in Ukraine the world Bank fixes the poverty increase, i.e. a negative trend. We have positive dynamics. Of course, in conditions of war and economic blockade it is difficult, but we’re working on it.

This is a regime that arose as a result of the coup d’état and, including, so it rests on violence (political terror) and lies. How can you treat it? Does it have a future? Of course, there is. Question is – what. The bad and the evil regime, like humans, have the opportunity to become even worse and even angrier. This is also the future. But it is the future, but I don’t wish the people of Ukraine. It seems to me that the Ukrainian people have paid quite a high price that made the coup and the coming to power of Banderas and neo-Nazis.

There is another option for the future. If it’s more or less healthy forces in the current power system will begin the work of purification of the country from neo-Nazis and criminals and will be engaged in the reconstruction of the state by returning it to the path of civilized development. Is this option possible? Of course. But this requires several conditions. And above all, it is the will of the people, expressed clearly and loudly. So it depends on you and the inhabitants of other regions of Ukraine.

Why was this war started and why is continued?

The war was started not by us – it was started by the usurpers of power in Kiev. ATO. We held a peaceful referendum which is the most democratic event, and they responded by tanks and “Grads”.

The war continues because Kiev is not capable on a political settlement. The reason is: a permanent political crisis. In these circumstances the possibility of escalation of the armed conflict in the Donbass is the opportunity to extend their power. We are ready for a political settlement on the basis of direct dialogue and mutual recognition of each other’s rights.

What is the point of the Minsk agreements? And for Ukraine too?

Minsk agreements are: first of all it is a truce and, consequently, the preservation of the lives of both militia and civilians of the Donbass. Second, the “Minsk-2” – this is our diplomatic victory, comparable to the victory at Debaltseve. We forced Kiev to sign a political part of a package of measures, which will lead to the rebirth of power in Kiev. Thirdly, the Minsk agreement is a sample, the example for regions of Ukraine. They prescribed that YOU may require from Kiev. And this can be done through political means. If you do, our sacrifices will be justified doubly.

I will not say that we do this for you. No, we started to struggle for ourselves, our parents and our children. But one of the natural consequences of our struggle is the potential for you and the residents of other regions to present their account of the power of usurpers in Ukraine.

Let’s start with the fact that the President of Russia Vladimir Putin said nothing about the introduction of armed police mission of the OSCE in the Donbass. This is a common distortion. Putin spoke about how to give small arms to the OSCE observers. We are talking only about strengthening of the security of OSCE personnel, and not a modification or extension of their mandate.

Accordingly, I oppose the expansion or modification of the mandate of the OSCE in the Donbass, but I have nothing against to improve the safety of OSCE personnel. Although, in my opinion, it was easier to contact us and we would ensure the safety of their employees.

But I know who would react with great enthusiasm to improve the security of OSCE personnel, if it would improve their work. These are inhabitants of our frontline areas. They know exactly if they are “visited” by the OSCE mission – so the Ukrainian military are not shelling our territory. And as soon as the OSCE staff is leaving – the shelling resumes.

When the war ends? What decisions need to be taken for this?

For this purpose it is necessary to perform Minsk agreement. And this, in turn, the necessary political conditions must be created in Kiev. Probably it must be under pressure and with the help of Western curators, especially from the USA. Then we and the residents of Kyiv can look at each other not through the scope of a sniper rifle, and eye to eye across the negotiating table.

There is an easier way. The people of Kharkov region, as the inhabitants of other regions of Ukraine, surrender their weapons and return home. If they afraid of repressions, let them flee, for example, in Russia. Let’s not forget that in order to the criminal order led to the tragedy, it needs someone to fulfill this order. Businesses are closing; entire sectors of the economy are destroyed. However, Kharkov region is very promising for collaboration. Even today, when the Donbass is in blockade, our entrepreneurs find ways for economic and trade relations with Kharkov businesses. After resolving the situation, these relationships will be deepened.

The Donbass is a region of miners and metallurgists. Kharkov is a powerful engineering base. Despite decades of destruction of Kharkov’s economic and industrial capacity at Ukraine, the cut of entire plants by oligarchs, minimal innovation and investment prospects, Kharkov remains the attractive city for cooperation. We will need to restore the Donbass after the war. We will need to revive the enterprise from the ruins and the Kharkov engineering will help us.

How can you explain, from a moral point of view, passive actions of the residents of Kharkov against the Nazi regime of Kiev and their participation in the production of weapons used against peaceful people of the Donbass?

I’m not sure I have the right to moralize about it. Kharkov residents are own judges. I can only assume that the protests in Kharkov, like us, started spontaneously, and the enemy trained and thinking systemically (although committing errors) confronted us. We just managed to quickly organize ourselves and luminaries who have taken the responsibility to reach the parapet and to remove the mask. And political terror that the Kiev regime was arranged in Kharkov seems to have achieved the goal. At least it is for a while. I’m sure it is not forever. Or Kharkov will gather strength, or the enemy will recede, relax or weaken.

As for the weapon, which Kharkov manufactures and repairs, and which then kills people in the Donbass, then it is harder. I remember we were negotiating with our miners. Asked why they, instead of going into the militia, went to the mines and work for Kiev? They answered: we have to feed the children. I perfectly understand the wanting of your child to learn at the Donetsk People’s Republic, because in our institutions there is a very powerful scientific and research base. And thus it is not necessary on the Maidan regularly to ride.

Any graduate can become a student of Donetsk University, it is necessary to have a certificate of secondary education, including the Ukrainian sample, but definitely original. You should definitely come to the DPR, to submit documents to the admission Committee and pass entrance examination.

We have equal conditions for education from the budget for alumni from the DPR and graduates, who came from the Ukraine.

In universities there are both full-time and part-time and distance learning.

Actually, the truth is the most powerful weapon in the information war. And, by the way, it is the most economical.

Until then, until we – each one is different – resist the Maidan regime and the actual American occupation, we still have a chance.

But what you said about the kids in the yard – it was really terrible. This cannot happen! And it is caring family. I understand that to brainwash the children in Ukraine are already beginning with kindergarten age, but every child from daycare comes home in the evening. And every parent should know that he invested in his little head of the child, and to tell and show him the truth. About what happened and how it should be. Books, fairy tales, cartoons, movies – these are our tools to protect and preserve the consciousness of children. And most importantly, maybe it’s bedtime stories. But this cannot be let slide. Now we are faced simultaneously, and with military challenges, and economic. And we decide them on a rolling basis.

Are you ready in case of holding elections in the Donbass, to prevent the Ukrainian Nazi party who advocated the resumption of hostilities? If yes, which party can be allowed?

I have already had occasion to say, even with respect to specific parties. The answer is simple: all parties that directly or indirectly supported the punitive operation of Kiev against the Donbass will not take part in our elections. It is excluded. And it’s not just a policy issue, but also a safety issue. How do you see the agitators of the party “Freedom” or “Right sector” in Donetsk in the airport area, where there is not a single unbroken house, or in Gorlovka, which is still fired, or in Debaltsevo, which was methodically destroyed by Ukrainian military just before they run or surrender? The locals will tear to pieces these agitators. There is no force in the world which can stop people who lost their loved ones, homes, whose lives are destroyed. No the army will not be enough to save the agitators, for example, the “Right sector” from lynching by local residents. As for the political part of this question, I once said that there is a chance to try to participate in our elections from the Opposition bloc. But it must be on one condition. This party, which by their very presence in Parliament is indirectly legalized punitive operation in the Donbas, has publicly — and I stress this in public! — to repent of complicity in the acts of the Kiev regime and to condemn the crimes committed by the Maidan power against their own people.

We are not going – we are already building. And we already traded with other countries, including Ukraine. I think it’s all simple: if we produce products and goods that are in demand in international markets, and business, including foreign ones, will find ways to buy our products and merchandise. Last year we were forced to introduce a moratorium on the sale of grain abroad, as the demand was very high, and we were first to provide our own needs”.

As for those inconveniences and hardships through which our people goes – the roadblocks and the like – then this is not the goal, but the price of victory. Regularly communicating with people and getting acquainted with the results of opinion polls, I know that people in the Donbass are mostly conscious take the difficulties and they understand why they tolerate them.

And the goal, that is what you called “for what”, is the other. Briefly it can be formulated as follows: the right to be yourself. We don’t want to get us through violence and the manipulation of consciousness altered under the standard of Bandera. We don’t want our children are hammered into their head fake history of a nonexistent country. We don’t want our children to swear allegiance to “the precepts” of Bandera.

And we want to have our parents proud of what they accomplished in their lives. And our kids respected their grandfathers and great-grandfathers and revered the heroes who actually sacrificed their lives that we actually were.

I can’t say who will be President in Ukraine when it comes to its senses return to normal system of moral coordinates. But I am confident that any President will be obliged to start criminal prosecution of Turchynov, Yatsenyuk, Nalivaychenko, Parubiy, and many others, so to speak, “figures”, who, having made a coup, then unleashed a civil war. Is it possible to unite Ukraine as it was before the Maidan? It is clear that the current Kiev government is not able to. Have you the power and capability of such a Union or your goal is only Novorossia?

The history of recent years shows that nothing is impossible. Who could have imagined three years ago that we will build the Donetsk People’s Republic? The same can be said about Ukraine. Future is multivariate. The main question – is on what principles we can unite Ukraine. It may sound trite, but in order to join first we need to disconnect. I think that all regions should get the maximum autonomy to develop their own rules of life, consistent with their traditions and view of the future, and then they can all re-create Ukraine. Maybe it will be on the federal, but most likely on a confederative basis. Thus, it will be possible to take into account the specifics of all parts of Ukraine, their diversity and otherness, and to develop general rules. Only in this case it is possible to avoid forcible unification, whether under the banner of Bandera or some other. Relatively speaking, the process needs to start at the bottom and not the top.

We initially understood that the main and our common struggle is the struggle for the minds of our children. Textbooks on the history of Donbas already exist. We realize that to circulate in Kharkov through the retail network unreal, through roadblocks to drive is dangerous for life and health, and for the purchase of such textbooks in Ukraine you can pay of personal freedom. Let’s speak just without slogans, according to your list. There are things that are in the formation stage and the debate – for example, the tax system, so too early to tell about it. Anyway, we have a tax system not worse, and we don’t charge pensioners a tax on the war.

As for the dictatorship, then we don’t have it, though it could be in wartime. We held elections, and, unlike Ukraine, activists were not killed during them, the candidates were not beaten to a pulp and we not had manipulated. Meanwhile the turnout was not in the example above, than in Ukraine during the presidential and parliamentary elections.

Human rights are priority for us. First of all and most importantly is right to life. And this is a human right that is not respected by Ukraine, including in the Donbass. Of course, many human rights we have are limited, but not by us and by Ukraine. And let’s not forget that we banned all hateful ideology and historical figures like Bandera or Nazism.

Social standards? In this issue there are two sides. The first is a cash status with social standards. And so far, we have not very good things. But the reason is not our unwillingness to address these issues, but that Ukraine did to the Donbass: the economic blockade, the refusal of social benefits (pensions, allowances, etc.), the freezing of the banking system and much more. However, you’ve got to say about the other side — the vector of development. That is, the question of what tasks we set for ourselves? The main objective is the welfare of our residents. And that is why we, unlike Ukraine, have frozen utility tariffs to pre-war level. That is why we earned every penny invested in that market instruments to contain the prices of basic products. By the way, many food products at us are cheaper than in Ukraine, despite the economic blockade and military action.

And finally, it’s about the oligarchs. De-oligarchization of economics and politics, along with corruption, are key pillars of our policy. In this issue we have a full consensus.

General principles of social policy are de-oligarchization, the fight against corruption; ban the ideas of Bandera, ban ultra-nationalist parties, free elections, independence policy, that is, the rejection of external control and reliance on their own strength. All of this would become policy in most regions of Ukraine.

Alexander Vladimirovich, how can we deal with the information blockade of the DPR and LPR? How to counteract all the lies, which is accompanied by punitive operation and, as a consequence, the prosecution of all mortal sins the militia of the Republic and Russia? Fooling of the population by Ukrainian media has reached the highest point.

Need to fight with the information blockade and the stultification of the population in Kharkov, in all ways and at all levels. The main one is family. This is also a weapon in the information war that the Kiev government is illegitimate with us.

Are there plans for economic cooperation with our region? What is about the exchange of experience and staff after the victory?

Definitely! Our great region, which was once called Donetsk-Krivoy Rog Republic, has always been strong by cooperation. Scientific and industrial potential of Kharkov, which is now destroyed by the Kiev authorities, coupled with the potential of the Donbas can bring game-changing impact and provide a future for us, our children and grandchildren.

The main thing in the future is to go to the neutral status of the region, and gain economic cooperation with Russia and the European Union. And this would only be possible if we are going to decide our fate and maintain a sovereign policy.

Kharkov remembers and will never forget Nazi marches through the streets of the city. They remember how they were made to kiss the swastika on their hands and how they were beaten for refusing. Our children are unable to live with “ziga”. Many of them ended up in jail. They were tortured, severely beaten, many were missing. For what ideals are you fighting for? What is “Russian world”?

From the very beginning of our struggle were the slogans that inspired all without distinction of nationality, religion and political views. It’s Freedom, Justice, Equality and desire to live according to Conscience. “Russian world” — it is intangible, spiritual space, in which each man and each nation can realize him and – most importantly – be YOU. “Russian world” does not equate by one size fits all. “Russian world” advocates for diversity colorful against the dull greyness of the Western pseudo-democratic standard.

This, incidentally, applies to Ukraine. In the slogan “for a United Ukraine” there is substitution of concepts. They are trying to instill that we are talking about “United” Ukraine as “the same” Ukraine. But this is a lie, and lies are harmful. Ukraine is different and this potential resource. But policy for 25 years has turned the resource into the problem, and now the cause of the war. It seems to me that you have to refute these lies about same, and Ukraine, recognizing its diversity, to start the country anew with other regions, while recognizing the right of each.

How do the people in the DPR think about the inhabitants of Kiev-controlled territories that do not participate in “anti-terrorist operation” and are doing everything possible to avoid involvement in the civil war?

They relate well. We understand that – albeit to different degrees – but we all suffered and continue to suffer from inhumane and anti-people policies of the Kiev regime.

If our neighbors can avoid involvement in the conflict on the side of the Kiev aggressors, then we welcome that.

I have said many times that those who are on “the wrong side” of the demarcation line, it is better to avoid the conflict. They can in Russia to leave, can come to us. The main thing is – not to the front. We don’t want to fight with someone by force or through blackmail drove under appeal.

And who is on the other side of the front line – the ideological punitive battalions or terrorist recruits, we don’t know. Usually we learn about who they are after taking them prisoner.

So we have already talked to ordinary people: run from mobilization. You can run to Russia, you can go to the West. Only on the front do not go, as there one will not understand. If you’re not lucky and got to the front, then give up. Will outlast the war in decent conditions of our captivity, then you will go home, alive and healthy.

Answer: Kharkov region is close to the Donbass by spirit. And in many respects it is close to me personally. On April 11, Grand opening of “the Alley of memory of defenders of the Donbass” took place in the Lenin Komsomol Park, not far from the “Alley of angels”.

The first people of the Republic – the Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko, the head of the Council of Ministers of the DPR Dmitry Kovyrshin, Deputy corps Commander defense Ministry of the DPR Eduard Basurin, Minister of education and science of the DPR Larisa Polyakov, acting Minister of information of the DPR Elena Nikitina, the mayor of Donetsk Igor Martynov, veterans, representatives of government departments, pupils, students and ordinary citizens took part in the campaign tree planting.

Note that pupils were dressed as pioneers: on the heads of teenagers were caps, and red ties were tied at the necks.

Expressing gratitude to the veterans, Zakharchenko said:

“Don’t I need to be said thank you because I’m protecting our people, but to our veterans. You taught us to fight for our country and be strong!”

In addition, the Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic assured of all participants of the rally, he intends to only move forward, and the land of the Donbass will become completely free.

“I’m sure we’ll live better and happier, because we are building our country ourselves!” promised the Head of the DPR.

After an introductory speech by Alexander Zakharchenko, the crowd observed a minute’s silence in memory of the heroes of the militia, heroes of the Great Patriotic War and soldiers-internationalists. Then planting of seedlings has begun. The first tree the Head of the DPR planted together with pupils. The second tree he had planted with Igor Martynov. The third one was planted with the veterans of the Great Patriotic War.

Just 100 young seedlings of bear nut were planted.

At the end of the meeting, pupils launched balloons into the sky – red, black and blue in memory of the fallen defenders of the DPR.

The aggravation of the Karabakh conflict has entered a new stage. After the beginning of fighting, Yerevan has threatened by diplomatic recognition of Nagorno-Karabakh.

Currently the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic has diplomatic relations only with partially recognized Abkhazia and South Ossetia, as well as with unrecognized Transnistria. Armenia, whose satellite is the de facto NKR, in every way behind the scenes helps its residents in various fields, such as economics, certification, and defense, however, the official recognition of Stepanakert as a separate political entity Yerevan has not stated. One reason is the reluctance of the political elites of Armenia to go to the complication of relations with neighbors, but it seems that exactly such a scenario to avoid unlikely: the conflicts will be, regardless of recognition or non-recognition of the NKR by Yerevan.

In the world after Kosovo the diplomatic recognition of certain States is a question of political will and the availability of rather iron arguments to defend their principles. Yerevan has such arguments: Armenia is going to defend itself in Nagorno-Karabakh, and not to use this bridgehead as offensive. It is at least without a special need: to reflect approach of the opponent is always easier, especially rising from the plains, and there is actually a full-fledged mountain fortress. In other words, it is time for political will: Yerevan has enough military forces to keep these positions.

Therefore, the question of political feasibility arises: Armenia has extremely strained relations with Turkey and Azerbaijan. Moreover, in fact the country is at war with both neighbors: if Yerevan and Ankara it is more political in nature, a full-fledged violent confrontation is with Baku.

In the case of the recognition of NKR by Armenia, the forecast can be only one: the sharp deterioration of the already bad relations with Turkic neighbors. Although, if this escalation is going to start to make faster progress than anticipated, the establishment of diplomatic relations between Yerevan and Stepanakert can be the only possible response to the emerging challenges.

However, we cannot exclude that Georgia will join the blockade of Armenia by Turkey and Azerbaijan: Tiflis, as we know, very painful experiences which has already become final divorce of Abkhazia and South Ossetia, which are the allies of Nagorno-Karabakh. However, the presence of a large Armenian Diaspora in Georgia may hold Tbilisi “hawks” from this adventure: unrest in Javakhetia is useless, because to destabilize the situation can very easily. With the presence of problematic regions such a scenario for Georgia likes a death.

It is likely the deterioration of Armenia’s relations with Iran: up in the North of the country is home to large and influential Azerbaijani Diaspora. Although for Tehran it would not too favorable: the loss of allies in the face of Moscow and Damascus may be critical.

It can be stated that recognition of Karabakh by Armenia seriously reformats the whole situation not only in Transcaucasia, but also in more distant territories. For example, there will be more arguments for Kurdistan, which is struggling for self-determination; it also can help the Donbass, especially in light of the fact that Bandera’s Ukraine has clearly taken Pro-Azerbaijani positions.

At least, it is clear that the world will never be the same again.

The news of the reopening of the Karabakh conflict, which more than two decades was in a frozen state, has come on the night of the 2nd of April. The Armenian side has already announced about the downed Azerbaijan helicopter, and the victims of the shelling.

That the aggravation that threatens to escalate into a full-fledged war has been begun, personally for me there is nothing unexpected. As the truce is so — sooner or later a truce can dig up the hatchet. Much more interesting — the start time for defrosting of the conflict.

As we know, the West and its puppets suffered a crushing fiasco in Syria. Moreover, the political effect of the defeat of Caliphate once again demonstrated the old truth that we must not fight by the number, but skill. Only a couple of dozen “rooks” and the same number of cruise missiles, the surgical strikes of the Russian aerospace Forces made completely incapacitated logistics and management of the terrorists. And there is no America’s beloved “carpet” bombing: we left the “devils” in the desert without communication and supply — let them fight with bare hands!

Of course, in Washington, someone’s heart bled, as their Middle East fosterling is hit in the tail and mane. It seemed that Damascus would soon fall, and black banner unfurled throughout from the Persian Gulf to the Mediterranean Sea. But in the fall of 2015, the hot desert’s Kham-sin was replaced by icy North wind — and the situation has changed radically. All American investments to the Caliphate crumbled.

Let’s not be naive: the bad is losers, which is not in need of revenge. And a new point of force application was found: Erdogan did not have much time after returning from the meeting of “the Bureau of the Washington regional Committee”, as Karabakh has flashed. The Turkish government is not fools also: to climb on Armenia, being a CSTO member, “in a forehead” likes a suicide. Moscow and Astana will be forced to perform the role of an ally to Yerevan: what it is, Ankara has seen in its southern neighbors. In addition, the volley for Turkey can be given in general without departing from the berth in Sevastopol and Novorossiysk: such “firework” is not included in the Turkish plans.

But Ankara has a long-standing ally – Baku, and it wants to take revenge for the loss of one sixth of its territory in the Karabakh war. That’s why Erdogan decided to rake up the fire by the hands of Aliyev unfreezing the conflict in Artsakh: let’s Armenia and Azerbaijan beat each other stronger to ensure that Turkey appropriated the laurels of the winner. Again — there is a chance to drag Russia into the war (about the CSTO we have already mentioned): in this case the Turks can forget about winning, although they accomplished the will of overseas owners.

And now let’s look at ex Ukraine: in Donbass the fighting intensified, the Islamists are pulled together in the Kherson region; air defense missile complexes are located in the same region. Banderas concentrate troops near Odessa: there is at hand to Transnistria, moreover, that the Chisinau Romanians want to exchange such a rebellious territory for southern Bessarabia. It is restless in Volhynia and Polesie, where local artisanal miners have created their own semi-criminal “Amber Republic”: the forces of Ministry of Internal Affairs are unable to cope with the natives there already.

In other words, America actively sets fire to the entire South-Western perimeter of the Russian border in the hope that somewhere it’ll detonate. It is possible that the next will be unfreezing the Transnistrian conflict: no wonder the Nazis saturate the Northern black sea by all sorts of air defenses. Because nothing but air bridge to Tiraspol, will not remain at Russia.

Washington frantically searches the battlefield for geopolitical revenge for Syria. Only here it is quite usual outcome for any revanchist is the next, and even more sonorous, a slap in the
face.

The profile Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved the draft of the resolution on severance of diplomatic relations with Russia. It is expected that in the next couple weeks it will be considered at plenary session of Parliament, and, according to experts, most likely, will have the right number of votes to adoption.
What consequences can be?

We will start with the most popular horror stories about what the citizens of Russia and Ukraine will not be able to visit each other. Moreover, the issue of mutual visits is very vital: as though politicians tried to fight, but family ties and economic interests still bind ordinary people.

Most importantly, the cessation of diplomatic relations between the two countries is by no means synonymous with the ban on the entry of citizens of these States, at least one of them. Yes, the border crossing procedure in this case is always complicated; however, mutual visits remain possible.

A classic example is Russian-Georgian relations after August 2008: a recall of the embassies had not closed these countries for most of their citizens. Moreover, Russia and Georgia have maintained consular relations, however, through the country of a proxy: by mutual consent it was Switzerland. Note that the consular delegation of authority to a third state — is the widespread practice in the world, even in the absence of conflict: it is, for example, actively used for a small amount of mutual visits, also poor countries resorted to it.

The prohibition of border crossing for citizens of certain countries always is taken by a special legal act. The most obvious examples are the relationship of Israel with a number of Islamic States, and North Korea and South Korea: there each of the conflicting parties prohibits the entry into the other side not only its, but also foreigners. Criminal prosecution (if their), or the refusal to issue a visa (if foreigners) are waiting for those who disobey.

The break of diplomatic relations is not always synonymous with cessation of consular relations. The reason is the peculiarities of the consular service: it works with corporations and individuals, while the ambassadorial service is intended to come into contact with the top leadership of the state. The presence of the Consul most often dictated by the number of citizens in the country: remember how unfriendly were the relations between the USSR and Israel after 1967, but we had to keep the Soviet consular group in Tel Aviv, for our immigrants Israeli passport is not received immediately upon arrival, and the problems of local authorities with them occur regularly.

As for Russia and Ukraine, they will have to maintain consular relations even in the case of adoption by Verkhovna Rada resolution on the revocation of the embassies. Also, it concerns the possibility of mutual trips of citizens: it is not excluded that the visa regime will be introduced to at least one of the parties, most likely Ukrainian.
As for economic relations between the countries, they are already minimized. The transit of gas from Siberia to Europe several years will persist for obvious reasons, although to solve its problems become more complicated.

The Minsk process, which is like a hopeless patient in the ICU is connected to system of artificial life support, in this case, definitely leave the hospital room feet first. In addition to the Donbass, it is necessary to expect aggravation of the situation on the approaches to the Crimea and the Transnistrian section of the border: the Kiev sinking junta finally will try to destabilize the situation if not everywhere, where it has to come into contact with Russia, but in sensitive areas.

About the prospects of making such document

Radical neo-Banderas are definitely interested in terminating the Russian-Ukrainian diplomatic relations. Note that they are in the majority in the Verkhovna Rada Committee on foreign Affairs, and they were the

initiators of this resolution.

Even if the Parliament will vote in favor of the document, the legal effect it receives only after presidential approval. If Poroshenko does not want to endorse him, the deputies have a chance to overcome the reluctance of the head of state repeated, and more powerful vote.

A weak link in the whole process of making such decision is contained in this point: the pressure can be exerted on Poroshenko from the outside and, through him, on the parliamentary faction that is under his control. As the same Europe from the breakup of the Russian-Ukrainian relations clearly not thrilled, and Washington is increasingly unhappy with the Kiev vassals.

And, finally, about how the termination of diplomatic relations will affect the situation in the Donbass

Strangely enough, but the DPR and the LPR to some extent, will benefit from such a short-sighted step of Kiev. First, it will allow them to start a more active process of reintegration of the Donbass in the Russian area, including the procedure for the recognition of the Republics. Secondly, citizens of the self-determined States will be in a better position than the Ukrainians: the visa regime will not be spread for them. Thirdly, the final funeral of the Minsk agreements will help to liberate the occupied territories at least in the boundaries of the former regions, and as a maximum — to begin the process of expulsion of Bandera and from the rest of Novorossia.

In fact, Kiev only will complicate and without that its precarious position by this step.

Journalist Elena Glisсinskaya, who is on the 32nd week of pregnancy, remained behind bars for another two months by decision of the Ukrainian court in Odessa. The journalist is accused of “separatism”.

The argument of protection of Glisсinskaya was, primarily, an indication that she has not made a single attempt to leave the town or country, as engaged in her professional activities. And now, being in jail, she wants to prove his innocence in court.

The court did not consider the arguments of the lawyers of the accused and left pregnant at 32 weeks Elena Glisсinskaya for another two months until the 14th of May in jail.

For what pessimists whined — no comment. All sorts of Girkins with El Murids find another gum to intellectual sadomasochism.

Life often shows that the real situation is just not at the same distance from both the optimistic and pessimistic scenarios, but is most often located in another dimension. It is as in the problem about six matches, of which it is necessary to fold the four triangles.

We therefore calmly and dispassionately analyze the situation.

Putin declared the request behind closed doors in the presence of these “bad guys” as Vladimir Potanin, Anatoly Chubais, Viktor Vekselberg, and not too loved by people officials like Elvira Nabiullina, Anton Siluanov and Alexei Ulyukayev. Behind promises of improved relations with Kiev (promised, as you know three years of waiting!) hidden quite another context: “Act according to the situation — the business and no politics!”

I was born in Lagos, Nigeria; I became interested in football at a very late age, in 15 years, but I have not had the opportunity to play for any academic club, because I was not allowed by parents. However, in 18 years I went to Dubai, where I fell into my first team (al-Shabab, sports football club “Sharjah”), but my contract was terminated by my agent.

– Ukrainian media write that you came to Ukraine to study: tell us how was it really?

I never told anyone that I came here to study. After my agent has terminated the contract in Dubai, I was out of clubs. Then the agent has the opportunity to sign a contract in Ukraine with Volyn Lutsk. But that day, when I had to fly, I wasn’t allowed in the airport, because some documents did not meet the requirements. Thus, I had to wait the next day. When I was ready to go, my agent told me the bad news: “Volyn” no longer requires my services, because the contract had to be signed yesterday, and yesterday was the last day of “transfer window”. But my agent persuaded the club to allow me to come. Upon arrival at Borispol airport, I was greeted by a team representative. The first day I had a training session, and the same day I was offered to stay. And I remained. So my adventures in Ukraine began, moving from region to region.

-You have already your own family and child, do you miss the homeland?

Yes, I have already there my own family, but I miss home and my parents.

– You always played football – played for “Rubin-USK”, in 2012 you won the championship of the Donbass, in 2013 – “Winter championship of Donetsk” — do you give football all the time?
Yes, I was fully concentrated on football and then I had no time for personal life.

– Do you think that married players are definitely good players?

Married or not married player – it doesn’t matter if he is serious about wanting to play well…

– With the beginning of large-scale hostilities in the Donbass, many clubs have left the Republic, how did you end up at FC “Pobeda”?

In the beginning of the war FC “Rubin” has suspended its activities, but they gave players the opportunity to choose: whether to leave town. I decided to stay, and it was a difficult moment for me, because I had no idea, what will happen to me. I have had many opportunities to live somewhere, but I chose the difficult path and decided to stay in the Donbass… and Then I was contacted by the agent, when he learned that I’m still in Donetsk. First we talked about the game in one of the teams in Abkhazia, but I refused because I didn’t have the right documents. The next call I received with an offer to go play for the team of FC “Victory”. Now, the way it was.

-When you were invited to the national team of the DPR, was it a surprise to you?

I was happy – after so many months sitting at home, I really began again to play football; to be honest, I started to go crazy sitting at home without your favorite things.
-Tell us about your most memorable goal

My most memorable goal is the one I scored for the national team of the Republic at the stadium “Metallurg”. After so many months without match practice, I still managed to score a much needed goal for the team.

– Can you recall the funniest (funny) moment this season?

The funniest and at the same time

the most sad case was in two games that I have played for different clubs (FC “Victory”, FC “Stronghold of Donbass”, approx. YIA). Both games were against FC “Makeevka”, in both matches I got a red card for the incident with the same player.

– How did you react to the fact that the football Federation of Ukraine has banned for life to play in tournaments under the auspices of the FFU players of our clubs and you personally?
I do not care; I will be unlikely to play anywhere else.

– Not so long ago during a match in Kyiv, “Dynamo” and “Chelsea” were playing, Ukrainian nationalists beat their black fans, considering that these fans and players have no place on the Ukrainian stadiums. Have you ever faced racism in the Donbass?

For me, it was not particularly surprising, there’s always been that black people on the streets were beaten or molested… I was lucky: I never got molested and abused. People are very friendly in the Donbass, I like it here.

– You recently moved from FC “Pobeda” to FC “the Stronghold of the Donbass”, how the teams are?

First of all, I would like to thank coach at FC “Pobeda” Arsen Isakov, if not he, I would not have had the opportunity to play football at this level. His words give me strength and, of course, a special thank him for letting me play for the national team of the DPR. FC “Stronghold of the Donbass” is promising team, and I’m really glad to be a member of this team.
-How do you see football in the Republic in the future?

In the DPR there are a lot of talented players, and football is good in the Republic, but I am sure that in the near future it will be even better.

A bull in a China shop. This comparison arises after news of the scandal in the nuclear industry of Ukraine, caused by decisions of the government of junta about the maneuvering capacity of units, replacement of Russian fuel by American, as well as intentions to privatize “Energoatom” and to reduce staff.

We certainly do not want to retell the popular horror stories about that second Chernobyl is moving to Ukraine. We will not blindly extrapolate the events of the 26of April, 1986 at the current realities, though, because there was a different type of nuclear reactor and other structure of the power unit than is used now. However, note that the “delicate matter”, sometimes referred to atomic energy, does not tolerate rough administrative pressure and it cruelly revenges for willful decisions of man, who is not considering its laws.

Beware of imitations!

Well-established for half a century of operating VVER reactors series, developed in the Soviet Union are now working on the Ukrainian nuclear power plants. This is a purely civilian model of nuclear installations, in contrast to working in Chernobyl RBMK graphite reactors, which were versions of the conversion devices that are accumulating weapon-grade plutonium.

Reactor without fuel is just a huge and expensive tank. However, it is impossible to load a substance in pure form into the active dividing zone: the microenvironment is too aggressive with the temperature and pressure of about, as on the surface of Venus. Therefore, fuel pellets are placed in a hermetically sealed vial made of inert zirconium metal — fuel elements (TVEL). For ease of use, the Fuel rods combined into fuel assemblies (FA).

Earlier Ukraine ordered fuel assemblies in Russia, when Yanukovych was at power in Kirovohrad region they even wanted to build a joint with “Rosatom” enterprise for nuclear fuel production: “Independence” is not deprived of uranium reserves. But, after coming junta to power, this project has been cancelled in favor of purchasing products from the American company “Westinghouse”.
And here the fun begins: nuclear reactors are produced in small batches, making each of the products close to the unique product. Therefore, manufacturers are trying to produce fuel that focused on each specific installation with all its peculiarities.

Even in everyday life, when buying appliances, we often see in the instructions the requirement to use only accessories that are of the manufacturer or licensed. However, no one will prevent us, for example, to supply power to the electrical appliance purchased from a very “left” batteries, however, if they “flow” and ruin it, the manufacturer simply recognizes such damage is non-warranty. Then we will understand the price of the same lines from the instruction which was ignored by greed, or frivolous.

Such cases have already occurred in the reactors of the series WWER in the three countries, which were trying to replace Russian fuel assemblies’ products for the company “Westinghouse”. The leadership of the Czech NPP “Temelin” and the Finnish “Loviisa” quickly learned the necessary lessons, filling a lot of “cones” using American surrogates: to serious accidents they are not reached, however, the subsequent maintenance of the reactors is very painful to hit the pocket. But in “Energoatom” who owns the South Ukrainian NPP, they chose to ignore and others, and their own mistakes.

Dangerous maneuvers

Another controversial point was the request of the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers on introduction of the maneuvering mode at nuclear power plants. The Union of atomic scientists in the form of an ultimatum demanded the abandonment of these practices, seeing in this a sharp decline in security installations.

Features of a nuclear reactor are those that it is impossible drastically change their modes of operation. We will not go into the intricacies of nuclear physics: wanting can do it for self-study this issue, the benefit of those sources is in open access abounds, and the topic itself is not secret. In general terms the problem is to change the isotopic composition in the fuel element, which adversely affects the reaction taking place, and in itself its design.

Sad moments — it was the abrupt change of the mode of operation of the reactor occurred during the Chernobyl accident. Note that then for the sake of a dubious experiment at unit completely disable the protection, and it functioned in manual mode.

In fact, the junta by its strong-willed decisions encourages the nuclear industry to gross violations of the rules of operation and safety. As well as nature lives by its own, distinct from human laws, those interventions can have a range of adverse effects. At best, it can be breakage of expensive equipment with subsequent unscheduled repairs that would place an additional burden on the skinny Ukrainian budget. In the worst case would be what is called a terrible and capacious term “beyond design basis accident” with a non-restoring equipment and high probability of strong radiation emissions.

“Privatization” of the atom

Nuclear energy in most countries is either in state hands or under its close supervision where NPP can belong to a private company. In addition, in this sector everywhere are trying to limit the penetration of foreign capital. The reason needs no comment: too high a price humanity paid for the acquisition of “delicate matter”.

At the South-Ukrainian NPP a few days ago the news of the forthcoming privatization of NJSC “Energoatom” and the loss of jobs has caused great concern of the team. Privatization is the first step to make Ukrainian nuclear power industry in the list of what falls under the sale of the national heritage. No illusions about the fact that the new overseas owner is solely interested in lucre, and compliance with safety and operating rules he will excite only a tool to prevent unnecessary expenses, and exactly to the point, how will you defeat the attachment.

As for the threat of layoffs, it should be regarded as a means of pressure on qualified professionals of the highest class. In addition, the majority of workers of atomic energy of Ukraine has Soviet professional training and sufficiently configured Pro-Russian. And, more from a pragmatic, not political background: the genetic connection of the technology used requires. It is clear that the junta really wants to replace these people let ignorant, but “conscious” personalities, ready at the first order and without thinking about the consequences to fulfill any whim of the Nazi regime.

Not everyone knows that for the reactor control and management of the change, the plant and the nuclear plant requires a personal license issued by the state and require periodic renewal. After the departure of Sevastopol from the Ukrainian banks, University in which would be preparing the specialists for the nuclear industry left Independent. In Russia the Nazi regime will not be sending students, and training programs in the West are significantly different from domestic. At the end of our conversation let’s look at the map. Objects highly questionable “experiments” are now the South Ukraine and Zaporizhzhya NPPs, and this is no coincidence: such manipulation is strictly forbidden on Khmelnytsky and Rovno NPPs which are close to the borders of the European Union.

From Yuzhnoukrainsk on a straight line there are three hundred kilometers to Perekop and four hundred to Sebastopol. Enerhodar is located even closer — there are only a couple of hundred miles to Dzhankoy and about three hundred to Kerch.

Considering the wind rose in these cities-satellites

of nuclear power plants, in which prevails the North-West direction, you can be sure that among the reasons “experiments” of this kind there is a desire for revenge Tauris recalcitrant, not willing to remain under Nazi rule. In its time at the “Euro Maidan” Banderas hung banners that Crimea will be Ukrainian or deserted. Practice has shown that the junta has not cancelled the implementation of this motto and is constantly looking a good reason for this.

The Nazis realize them in collision with the Russian army nothing shines, but “lantern” under the eye. Therefore they dream to use another weapon — a “dirty bomb”: for radioactive rain over Sevastopol or Yalta it can blow up in their territory. In this case the Ukrainians themselves to the junta — are consumables: the main thing is that the neighbor’s house burned down.
To stop all these inhuman aspirations of Bandera’s regime is only one way: the speedy and complete liberation of the entire territory of Novorossia from the Nazi invaders.

Alexander Dmytrievsky

The Crimean precedent is the example of how Russia might respond to an armed invasion in the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics. The Agency’s Director of strategic communications, political scientist Oleg Bondarenko takes this view.

He believes that the example of the Crimea has inspired the residents of Donbas to fight back from openly nationalist forces, which now seized control of the Ukrainian government.
