In Kiev it again began to smell by the “Maidan”: the so-called “Revolutionary right-wing forces” decided to take matters into their own hands. Some experts have already hastened to make statements about that is nothing more than another “storm in a teacup”, but let’s not jump to conclusions: the rebels have serious chances for success.

The opinions of skeptics based on the fact that any “Maidan” is impossible without the approval of the “Washington regional Committee”: huge amount of overseas money was invested both previous times in “revolution”. And now think about whether they need such a large crowd at the Goat’s swamp with a long standing in our days: because the situation has changed dramatically.

Both previous times the basis of the “Maidan” were the “office’s hamsters” and the boys-majors with splayed fingers. These people didn’t need any shocks, but they want a bright carnival under the slogan “feel like a creator of history!” Then well-known personalities came to the “Maidan” that to be promoted: they had to get to the section of the pie with very tasty pieces.

Today everything is different: people during the reign of the junta were hungry, and delicious production is not expected; everything edible has spread through the stomachs, and in some places — and cesspool, for example. In this situation, well-fed and famous, hardly anything get: it is easier to see how the toad wins in the struggle of the white and red roses, and then to negotiate with a slippery and bubbly one. This is clearly visible in the leadership of the rebels, which the core constitutes from little-known personalities, which had time and energy to sniff, and find out at the front how much a pound of trouble is.

The rebels are so terrible: they don’t need the extras. Or rather they do, but as human shield and sacred victim. They did not come to hold a meeting: colored adhesive tape “decorates” their sleeves, which is used for their identification in the heat of battle. The ideal speaker is a man of few words “comrade Mauser”: if you give him the word, then the opponent will not get up.
One can only guess how the Ministry of defense of Ukraine “lost” the formation of nests of coup in the hotel “Kozatskiy”: hotel is departmental, and if they had to prevent confusion, it would something to invent. For example, it was necessary to arrange a seminar for young lieutenants, immediately repopulating the building of reliable officers and thereby creating a strong point of counter-revolution. But, alas, this did not happen: the rebels were allowed to rent a conference hall and rooms; no one prevented them to move in. Now the security forces are threatening to drive out the “revolutionaries” of the Maidan from the building, but it is clear to all that this is possible only as a result of brutal fight in the city center, which will inevitably be accompanied with numerous victims and destruction.

Flip the calendar for a couple of years ago, in the days of the overthrow of Yanukovych. The end of February is not only the end of winter and the approaching end of the heating season in Europe, when disruptions in the supply of gas cease to be critical. Therefore, country-transiter can be allowed political turbulence, but with the condition that all “settled down” by the end of spring, or, at worst, by the beginning of autumn.

Now, therefore, the “window” was opened in Ukraine in order to hold the next “revolution”, which will be completed by the desired time, the advent on the political horizon of the new “looking” for gas transit. But if Ukrainian society fails to nominate such, then at some point they will decide about the open introduction in “Independence” Institute of external control. It has now, but at least the view is of the last vestiges of legal capacity in the state, and then the neighbors will not have to ask the opinions of mired in the chaos Ukrainians.

In favor of this speaks the fact that in the summer of last year in Ukraine there were many cases of explosion of the situation: and a scandalous election and the mass protests of farmers, accompanied by over-lappings of highways, riots of the miners from Volhyn’, and even well-known events in Mukachevo. The situation escalated only now that utter confusion reigns in the Verkhovna Rada and the Cabinet of Ministers: apparently its origin is also “postponed” by someone’s a very solid effort.

It is already possible to outline the contours of the “third Maidan”, it will be a small number of participants, but heads will roll right and left. In such a situation to pick up lying under the feet of a central authority — a thankless task: so much better to be a local prince on the model of the chieftain of almost a century ago.

And what about the current revolutionary situation — the coming days will show whether it will be possible to postpone the stabbing, or it will completely unguided.

The day will come when the building of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will be turned into a Museum. And it would be carved in stone the saying of Vasiliy Osipovich Klyuchevsky above the entrance: “History teaches nothing, only punishes for ignorance of lessons.” He is also credited the phrase “History only teaches us that it teaches nothing” — is also a good illustration. Well, in fact, would people go to Maidan if they didn’t have the illusion that it is they, it is here and now for the first time are doing unprecedented things? Would Yarosh, for example, take responsibility for all the excesses of the “Right sector”, if he seriously treated the phrase “Revolution devours its children”?

The author of the aphorism about a bloodthirsty revolution, the Jacobin Georges Jacques Danton, spoke it directly on the way to the guillotine. It is also instructive fact, but so it was remained without attention. Although, it would seem, it is written in all textbooks and reference books. But, apparently, the time is such – to read not fashionable. Remembering the faces of my students while exploring the theme of revolution, which is called “the French”, I can state that this left them disinterested. Comrades in stockings and wigs seemed to them as the useless past. Meanwhile, the experience of “comrades” have since repeated many times, in the light of what is interesting – how sees his future at least Yatsenyuk? After all, the parallel between the current Ukrainian “freedom fighters” and the French Girondins, which overthrew the king, and thereafter were destroyed in an inter-party fight, is obvious.

In general, “the French revolution”, is perhaps the best visual aid for modeling of all social conflicts that have arisen in modern and contemporary times. Only the terms defined details associated with the specifics of time and place of event may be differ. But the overall dynamics remains the same. Let’s see: the reason for the start of the unrest in France was the economic crisis. Or rather, it was not even a crisis, and claims on the part of French elites to the king. Now these things would be called “corruption”. And, of course, they would go out to the Maidan. Similarly, the French did. One of the main symbols of the “great revolution” was the storming of the Bastille – the place of confinement of state prisoners. It turns out that this building had a direct connection with the “bloody regime”, was its symbol. The same stand in awe of last year’s activists of the “Maidan” should probably cause the events associated with the “storm” of the President’s administration (do you remember the footage with the tractor traveling on the “Berkut”?) Now, in the heat of the storm, few people noticed that the prisoners of the then Royal «bloody regime» were less than ten. Two of them were mad, four sat for fake bills. Another “prisoner of conscience” was arrested for sexual crimes. But during the storm people were killed much more — different sources give from 30 to 100 people dead. The head of the commandant of the Bastille was impaled on a spike and was carried around Paris symbolizing the overthrow of “oppressive regime”. We conclude – the symbolism, the element of theater in any revolution – is a thing supremely important and necessary. Without it you cannot anywhere. However, the pathos of this always disappears quickly. But the hangover remains for a long time. The prison, which symbolized tyranny, it was decided to disassemble. Even fashion appeared – small models of the fortress were made from bricks of the Bastille and sold as souvenirs. As if they subconsciously emphasized that all of this is not fully true, it’s a game. Games are different: ISIS, for example, arranges performances by beheadings or firing of “infidels”. And it is also the creation of the character. You might even say it is a performance.

How the flywheel works

In principle, a mechanism called “revolution” always works about the same. First, soil is created, certain ideas are thrown and a concept that, at first, “theoretically”, it turns out that you can do more than what was allowed before. And – voila: the absolute monarchy transformed into a constitutional, and a little later you can already decapitate former king. In France, the enlightenment figures were engaged in such work.

Voltaire and Montesquieu wrote works about “enlightened monarchy”, this, existing, like not criticizing, but if it was “enlightened”… Diderot creates encyclopedia, which states that lightning is just electrical discharge, and not the wrath of God. This means that the God is in question. This means and the power of the monarch are not from the Lord. And at leisure Diderot wrote fiction. For example, he wrote about a nun which was in the monastery not by choice and was contained in fact in prison. Rousseau directly, without any equivocation, offered new, “untested” ideas. So, the concept of the social contract is still lying at the foundation of Western society. What it was possible to “negotiate” — we can see with our own eyes. In France the most conservative part of society is already crying just from the “universal values”. While their roots back to that era, in which in place of the Bastille they wrote: “Here are dancing”. However, the figures remain classics of the enlightenment, the undisputed authority until now.

Modern Ukrainian nationalism also has its own soil, and it was created so long since the nineteenth century. And in the end it turned out that in Odessa they burned not the Russian people, but “females of Coloradas”, in the Donbass live alone bandits, and contrary to this — “we are not cattle”. This explains and justifies everything. But for how long is it? How many representatives of the French elite inspired by the “educators” regretted their historic selection as a result?

Now, after creating of “fertile ground” a reason is modeled. Lately they are boring and monotonous, usually based on the economy, rather than on who and what received less from-for “mode”. The French king also brought together the elite in order to discuss the tax increase. Was it right? It’s hardly. But the result of the protest exceeded all expectations. Similarly, the modern Ukrainians, probably, have not once regretted the exile of “bloody Yanukovych”. But all is irreversibly.

And then the real fun begins: it’s the visible part of the revolution. And it also has two established process, which are following each other. And this mechanism is almost never crashes. First, in order not to shock “the masses”, the authorities overthrew the moderate opposition. We have seen different options, from quite secular liberals in 1917 to the Muslim opposition in Egypt. And then it is replaced by a more radical party. And already it will perform all the tasks laid down in the revolution. So in France the Jacobins overthrew the Girondins and put them under the knife of the guillotine. And if “moderate” Girondins changed only system of weights and measures, the Jacobins reached for the calendar. And in addition they put on the brink of banning the Catholic Church and introduced the “Cult of reason”. And, of course, they began to destroy each other. Almost without exception, all “children” of the revolution had been eaten by their mother. Probably, and Francisco Goya, who lived in the “revolutionary” period, felt these currents. He felt and reflected in the form of a creepy painting “Saturn is devouring his son”. And, finally, it is the natural ending: any revolution always ends with a “Thermidor” — removing the annoying radicals. As a rule, they repeat the same path that sent their opponents, that is, physically destroyed. After eating their fill of the revolution, the French applauded Napoleon and his Empire. Running away from Russia Trotsky (the more Robespierre) reproached Stalin in the “Thermidor”. And this is true, and thank God that Stalin was in his place. The Egyptians with a sigh of relief escaped from the “Muslim brotherhood”. And only Ukrainians still think that the laws of revolutionary development of the genre will not affect them. But the process has obviously gone.

What will the future bring?

In modern Ukrainian the scheme, everything is pretty clear: the “moderate” part of the junta one way or another will be eliminated. What would be the reason for this, as will be the force that it will make and in what time frame it will happen – until the matter. But in the algorithm you can be sure at 99%.

It is another important point – when the time is right to return to the model of strong leadership as always it will be that in Ukraine there is no one real to use. And, once again it will fall into the hands of Russia, weakened from “independence”. It will be with all their turmoil and their newly gained problems with war, it is likely. Maybe it will fall not in one piece, and in parts, but so, too, has already happened in history.

This material is deliberately not containing a single line about the Freemasons, conspiracies and other things behind the scenes. It’s not because the author is not familiar with conspiracy calculations, opposite. Just since we’re talking about laws, here’s one for starters: through all the intrigues and conspiracies (like the betrayal of 1991, at least) Russia has always held strong and entered the international arena updated, decent country. It will be so this time.

Here is not France for you.

Family psychologist Svetlana Roiz in an interview with Focus was trying to justify the failures of the “Maidan” and the chaos that plunged the former Ukraine after the “revolution of dignity”, involuntarily, gave a surprisingly accurate explanation of the phenomenon of “conscious” Ukrainians. In her opinion, “all has happened as it happened” due to the fact that Ukrainian society is stuck in adolescence. Reminds nothing? “They’re kids”! It’s classic. The behavior of the Madding crowd and their leaders during the events of 2013-2014 , and after the “Maidan” — politicized chatter of representatives of the Kiev junta, the psychologist explained by the immaturity of the society to such serious shocks.

“If we trace the behavior of policy is often adolescent level of response. I’m sure that policy is a reflection of the average condition of the population. And chant about Putin was popular because it was picked up by the teenage level,” said Roz.

Also a psychologist, in her very lengthy discussion, indicated one of the signs of an adult the ability to be resilient. Each person, in her opinion, can manifest strong emotions, and his feet may fall, but in an adult it is restored. There can be no complaints to this, the specialist told truths. The psychologist believes that it was a revolutionary leap from hovering in adolescence of “slave” Ukrainians to the grown-up “conscious”, citing the example of the same volunteers supplying Ukrainian punishers. And here the fun begins.

In my opinion, Rois is absolutely right, explaining a new type of Ukrainian citizens by mutation in the revolutionary environment. However, it should be recalled Svetlana Rois that it has been almost two years since the end of the “revolution of dignity”, and write off all on a Maidan and confusion inherent in any coup (especially armed), at least, is untimely. Perhaps involuntarily, the psychologist’s statement has achieved the opposite result. Calling before-Maidan Ukrainians are people with the mentality of a teenager, she led to a rather precise definition of psycho people stuck in the “revolution” — the 13-year-old have remained, stuck in their “dignity”, “consciousness”, with an obstinate belief in the infallibility of their leaders, turning a blind eye to outright “treason” and with unspeakable delight praising the “victory”.

t’s no secret that most of Ukrainians from Maidan, who are considered residents of rural areas, the province, ordinary citizens, are getting into the possibilities to change something (they believe), won’t stand neither the price nor the method of achieving the desired. It’s kind of permanent revolutionaries, which instead eliminated after the revolution, are trying to turn in society. And, we shall say, not without success. Previously the most popular manifestations of “patriotism”, such as the torchlight procession, the national battalions and the introduction of the ideas of Bandera in the population instantly became quite the order of things. The electorate somewhere is indignant, but the vast majority has swallowed that “pill of awareness” without a murmur.
In fact, if to say simple words, Svetlana Roiz assessed the mental state of the creatures that jumped on the Maidan and burned “Berkut”. These were adults with the psyche of a thirteen year old teenager who escaped from the custody of the parents, remaining confident that he will get away with it. Western curators skillfully manipulated their thinking and psychological consciousness; affect a teenager – is a trick. Even taking the example of the ratio of the conscious to the tragedy of May, 2 in Odessa, it is clear that for them the burning of people alive — in fact, is just fun or a kind of mission in a computer game, where you can always return it back. Unfortunately, this was reality, and the deceased did not return, and the adults with the mentality of teenagers go unpunished, and that the most monstrous — without understanding that they have committed a terrible crime.

Political changes in Ukraine are unpredictable, nothing is out. Chaos, which snucked into all the corridors and rooms of power with the arrival of the junta, makes equally probable any given event. According to a member of the expert group on Ukraine at RISS Alexey Samoilov, a peaceful transition of power in the country 404 is still impossible for two reasons:

“Although internationally, the Kiev regime is subjected, in the inner game there is major battle. In terms of game — all play there. The prizes are serious, so they can use any tools by all players, starting with Poroshenko. The change of government entirely, of the Cabinet of Ministers, the dissolution of the Parliament or early elections – all this can happen unexpectedly and quickly. Nothing is out of the. Chaos – is uniform development of any event.

Regarding a huge number of people in Ukraine punitive-repressive structures committed illegal actions, two-level structure is working smoothly. On top there are either the SBU or the Ministry of interior, and on the bottom there are certain gangs, which they used as servants, and through which they do the dirty work. All this is vividly manifested in the so-called anti-terrorist operation zone, where there is the moving of a colossal uncontrolled monetary flow. A huge number of people feed from this, ranging from oligarchs, and to those people who directly stand on the ground — military and paramilitary forces, which turned into parastatal structures that collect tribute from passing vehicles and cargo.

In any case, the peacefully transition of power in Ukraine from one group to another is impossible for two reasons. First, there is not that group of people, to where it can go. Now all political space, dominated by only one idea concept with the Nazi gamy — United Ukraine and all political forces adjust to it, is completely denuded in the country by certain socio-humanitarian technology.
The same “Opposition bloc” did not adhere to this concept? Of course, it adheres to. Left-wing parties there are not there at all. And all the rest follow right-wing conservative, radical, or ultra-nationalist moderately nationalist ideas.

The second reason is the state of society, of the Ukrainian people. They are in a stage of transformation, which will last a long time and very painful. Logically, in an environment of generally accepted norms of behavior, from the point of view of international ethics to explain the behavior of the Ukrainian authorities of Kiev regime is impossible. Can you imagine, for example, the Minister of Finance of some state that manages financial flows in the country, suddenly intruded into the sphere of the Ministry of foreign Affairs and personally of the President? Remember Jaresko in Davos, who spoke about territorial transformations and transformations — rather, she spoke here from America not from Ukraine. Therefore, Ukraine has become a colony of the United States, not only in words but also in deeds. The next step is the transformation of the Ukrainian state into a kind of colonial status that can last for a long time, although the state-political and administrative structures have been rebuilt”.

Suddenly: and now the Ministry of economy of Ukraine finally dispelled such a favorite on the Maidan the legend of the subsidized Donbass and acknowledged that the lion’s share of exports to Europe went from Donetsk and Lugansk, but not from Galicia.

Although since the revolution Ukrainians are convinced that the whole economy was on the Lvov and Ternopol, supplying the EU with embroideries, honey and mushrooms, and always drunk, poor and lazy Donbass was always sitting on the donations of hardworking people of Galicia. And then the office “Anchovy” declassified statistics to refute at the root of all the legends about the economic potential of Drohobych and Kolomyja.

Exports from Ukraine to the EU decreased by 26% during the first 11 months of last year. It occurred in connection with the conjuncture of falling prices for a number of products on world and European markets, and also due to the reduction of exports from Donetsk and Lugansk regions.

The Deputy Minister of economic development and trade of the country 404, the trading representative Nataliya Mykolska said about this in comments to journalists during her visit to Poland.
“From 26% to 10.5% — it’s a fall of exports from the Donetsk and Lugansk regions, that is 40% of the total rate of decrease in exports, in fact, it is Russian aggression in Eastern Ukraine,” said Mykolska.

“That is, in a significant range of products Ukraine is able to export the same or not much a smaller amount, but because of falling global situation we have in terms of money, there is a significant drop,” admitted the Deputy Minister.

But she advised not to lose heart, “to spit” on the EU and to draw their attention to Africa. According to Mykolska, exports growth has its positive side, because the decline in European markets stimulates Ukrainian producers to seek other markets.

For example, producers of corn because of the problems in Europe entered markets of China and countries of Africa, there took place a substitution of markets. In addition, for chicken producers who find it difficult to access the markets of EU product certification for EU markets has been the catalyst for many other markets. It was not specified which ones, so not to upset the patriots. “Third countries are automatically recognized certification, which has been on the EU market,” said a sales representative.

In other words, instead of Europe, Ukraine had to sell their products (food) third world countries, not the twin cities from the EU. It is strange that on the Maidan no one spoke about Africa, and now it turned out that “mom” is heading to Egypt and Gabon.

Mykolska informed that the Ministry will now work to withdraw Ukrainian producers to the markets of third countries — Middle East and Africa: “There is a high-capacity markets where we can compete”. In other words, Deputy of “Anchovy” acknowledged that with the EU, Ukraine is not able to compete; its level is Guinea and Burkina Faso.

It was also found that one of the key structural problems of the domestic economy is that “Ukraine” remains a raw state and it will always affect the economic performance of the state. Again, it is a strange statement: on the Maidan designers, computer scientists and chess players were assured that soon the whole world will shudder from the Ukrainian nanotechnology and excellence, but it became clear that without Donbass coal and metal from Krivoy Rog “nanotechnology” does not work.

If in 2015, the junta was hoping for at least minimal support, now Waltzman and Yatsenyuk realized the depth of the abyss over which they stand. And they are there because of their most “close” hosts – Americans.

Emergency Nuland’s travel to Kaliningrad, Carrie – to Moscow and the quiet Gryzlov’s visit to Kiev have already shown that the initiative in solving the “Ukrainian question” remains for Moscow.
Poroshenko, which is urgently required by the US to introduce the Constitution acceptable to Moscow, understands that for non-compliance with the requirements of the owners he will be quickly eliminated.

That’s why he so feverishly begins to insist on changes to the Constitution. Yatsenyuk, who is trying, at any cost, to retain the Premiership, puts him sticks in the wheels. Because of there is simply not enough budget, nor time, nor courage on “a national referendum on amending the Constitution”, which he requires. And they must act now – otherwise the remains of the country will fall apart, and they cannot command even on a cleaner in Parliament.

Because of the fact that such a referendum will fail miserably – is unconditional. But it is necessary for Yatsenyuk simply to delay his impending fiasco. It becomes all the same for Americans whom to support: the Minsk-2 “Ukraine” should fulfill, otherwise the US will be financial to pay for the restoration of the already Pro-Russian Ukraine, and they want to shift the burden for Europe.

If earlier Poroshenko and Yatseniuk occupied the power in the country together, now they are became enemy No. 1 for each other. They block the initiatives of one another, each in his own way interprets the instructions from the U.S., army General is out of control. And this is only part of fatal problems for the junta.

If the ruling coalition falls apart –it will become easier for Poroshenko to put into life the instructions of Washington, but the deputies that know that they will not fall to the new government, by all the forces are kept from dissolution. Knowing this, Yatsenyuk is actively sabotaging the activities of Poroshenko-Walzman, and he, in turn, by all means wants to unite the factions under his rule.

The requirement of a referendum increases the rating of the Prime Minister of “independence,” whereas the holding of a referendum for Poroshenko will cost his live. For fear of death, he was actively pushing for the constitutional court and therefore trying to increase his powers to deal with Yatsenyuk and his team.

Indeed, this bureaucratic war is just a way to shift all mortal sins on his opponent. It now remains to look at the US actions. Will they support Yatsenyuk? Waltman? Or will they get rid of both at once?

In any case, Russia has gradually achieved what it wanted: Ukraine still remains for it.

Kiev, recalling its representatives from the Joint center for control and coordination (SCCC), shows unwillingness to work in the Donbas in a peaceful way and wants to repeat the Georgian scenario of 2008 by the outbreak of the war, said military expert, associate Professor of political science and sociology of Russian University of Economics named after G. V. Plekhanov Colonel Alexander Perendzhiev.

Earlier, the Russian permanent representative to the OSCE Alexander Lukashevich said that the Ukrainian military received orders to withdraw from SCCC structures, working in almost all districts of Donetsk People’s Republic. They were only in the South of the DPR. On Tuesday, the Russian side in SCCC confirmed that the Ukrainian command has withdrawn their officers from observation posts located on the territory of the DPR.

“This is clearly the Georgian scenario of 2008. The gesture of the official Kyiv demonstrates that the Ukrainian authorities are not going to work in a peaceful way and openly violate the Minsk agreement. This gesture reeks of war,” said Perendzhiev RIA Novosti.

He recalled that the head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Alexander Zakharchenko few weeks ago warned about the intentions of Kiev to go to the aggravation of the situation.

“Then Zakharchenko said that the Armed forces of the DPR in response, are ready to strike a decisive blow and liberate all of Donetsk People’s Republic,” said a military analyst.

According to him, Georgian provocative algorithm of 2008 is confirmed by the trip of “head of the Odessa regional administration” Mikhail Saakashvili to posts of the Ukrainian army in the Donbass.

Those, who now set to control Ukraine, are ready to provoke a war,” said the military expert.

SCCC was established by the Ukrainian initiative to help reduce tensions in the conflict zone in the Donbass.

The situation is unprecedented, because it shows progressive change in attitudes of the population of Ukraine. It is well known that the main ideologue of the Ukrainian “revolutions” of 2004 was not so much the idea of independence of Ukraine, as the instilled idea of mental separation of Ukraine from Russia, and the ideology of “neo-Banderas” as it is impossible by the way approached this task. On the idea of the apologists of the Renaissance of Ukrainian nationalism, the ideas of Stepan Bandera had become the “ideological beacon” toward which was to move Ukraine on the path to “unity”. However, apparently, there is a gap imposed by the Ukrainians nationalist templates which turned out to be just a short-term “doping”, with real life problems and everyday life of Ukrainians.

For simple Ukrainian man in the street, which initially was enthusiastic about the idea of “national identity”, today there was a question of survival in conditions of severe crisis in which the country is after the “revolution of dignity”. Catastrophic declines in the standard of living, total impoverishment and hopelessness have become the hallmark of modern Ukraine. In these circumstances, inert with respect to symbolic ideological the event there is nothing like a subconscious rejection of the personality and ideas of Bandera, which had to unite all Ukrainians.
We are not inclined to exaggerate or downplay the significance of these “signals”, however the empty streets of Ukrainian cities on the birthday of Stepan Bandera are the best indicator of the REAL attitudes of the Ukrainian population to the ideas and policy of the Cabinet of President Petro Poroshenko.

– Natalia Aleckseevna, what, in your opinion, events were important and memorable in the past year? And why is it?

– For me the highlight under the impression of which I still am, was the action “Immortal regiment”. I was in the March with a portrait of my mother – partisan, next to me was my cousin with a portrait of his father, mother’s sister is his mother; with me was an Englishman with portraits of his uncle and father – one pilot, another served in the Northern Arctic convoy, went Around the French… Around were strangers, with whom we embraced, kissed, danced, and – I don’t remember such feeling of unity and a sort of here is the unity of the nation, which has purely historical experiences. And the French, with whom we then later met in the evening in the cafe, they were just shocked, said: May our rotten press writes anything, today we saw the real Russia, have seen what you will not see in any other Western European country. Of course, we must mention another and a very timely step – demonstration of the national will of Russia in the Syrian crisis. After “Munich speech” of the President in 2007, after recognition of independence of Ossetia and Abkhazia, Russia again declared to the world that it is a sovereign and independent country that it has its own view of the world and the ways of solving the world’s problems that its own interests more important than an approving pat on the back of American “partners”.

But the main thing – is “Immortal regiment”, we experienced the amazing feeling of recovery.

– On December 22, at the plenary session of the Greek Parliament adopted the law on free same sex relationships. Russia, in fact, remains the only Orthodox country where sodomy is unacceptable in principle. What this situation obliges us?

And more than oblige! Russia remains the only country of the Christian world, which openly defends Christian values. It is looked with hope by all the conservatives in Europe – this is confirmed by the article of sociologists, published in such prestigious Newspapers as “Figaro”, for example. By the way, the only greeting to Pope Francis on his election, it was talking about Christianity and Christian values – there was a greeting from President Vladimir Putin. In other said anything: about collaboration, about the harmonization of relations in society, but not about what actually elected Head of the Catholic Church.

– In your opinion, has changed the role of the Church and religion in general in modern society?

– Despite periodic urged by the press scandals, the anti-Church campaign, Church, the polls, remains an institution to which in society the most confidence. And it is very important that trust be maintained. Another thing is that probably ended the period, when the avalanche came to the temple people outside the Church. They came largely out of curiosity and because the Church did not remain. But any introduction to the life of the Church – even a very superficial, as something beautiful and not very clear, leaves in the soul of every person a seed that then can grow. Remember that even a persecutor of Christians, Saul became the Apostle Paul. It is therefore very important to talk to society about the Church. And it is significant that our Church has many young people. I can see that, comparing the situation in other countries.

Today, by the way, conservative organizations began a little louder to assert themselves even in such very atheistic countries, such as France. And anti-Christian message of the French revolution was superior to all other promises, and the extent of the secularism of French society was huge. Now the situation itself, especially with the imposition of the norms of sodomy to society, makes those who cherish traditional values, who cherish Christian values and to act and to do something. Formed even Christian youth movement. Here after known two-million demonstrations against the law on gay marriage held in France, it was even formed several small associations which may be, yet not structured enough, and yet decorated, but it was nothing like this, and now there are. And they look with hope to Russia.

It’s only supporters of the left-liberal, Trotskyist, post-modern ideology see Russia as the enemy. In more conservative circles, the attitude is somewhat different. I just conducted a conference in Germany, which was attended by about a thousand people. On it, by the way, was even the great-great-grandson of Kaiser Wilhelm II – Prince Philip Carl of Prussia, there was a member of the family von Bülow – Chancellor of Germany before the First World War. All said that the only way for Germany to maintain its independence in the international scenario is constructive and good relations with Russia. This is the anchor, the element of balance, which would enable Germany to exercise greater autonomy and to serve their interests and not the interests of the globalist ideology.

– So, the situation is repeated early twentieth century: then, too, Russia was pinned of great hopes…

– In the early twentieth century were attracted by the revolutionary spirit because the revolution promised, above all, social justice. But now the left is fighting for a different spirit. It happened dulling of its blade and its reorientation from the East to the West – as it came from the West to the East, to Russia. But in Russia it is its potential largely exhausted, moved back West, but recoding the main ideas in these free clichés, attached primarily to the values. Advocated freedom from opinions: beauty and ugliness, cacophony and harmony are equalized. But you can walk up to the adjustment of truth and falsehood, good and evil. Actually, this all goes. And conservatives in the West understand it.

– Completes 2015, 2016 is approaching. What all of us – believers, first of all, but unbelievers too – tune, what to be prepared?

– First of all the approaching holiday – Christmas. And Christmas Eve, the holiday itself, followed by the Yuletide is a special mystical weeks, when it’s really waiting for a miracle, waiting for healing, the healing of all afflictions, illnesses – mental and physical. After all these Christmas expectations some changes associated with the celebration of New Year in Soviet times and now people of unbelievers, they are from Christmas. Because when God is with us (although people can be, these words are not pronounce, even mentally), anything is possible, if only we will heed His call to be better and to strive for the ideal. So I want to wish everyone kindness, prosperity, good health in the New Year, the healing of all unhappiness. And will to try it and all who are dear to us, be set up to distinguish between good and evil, truth and lies, beauty and ugliness. I think this is important. And, of course, I want to wish all of simple happiness and joy.

This past year was filled with aggressive actions of the USA and the EU against Yemen, Iran, China and Russia. But only Moscow has openly responded to barbaric methods of Western diplomacy — says American political analyst Finnian Cunningham.

But “fighters for the freedom of the individual” do not mention the fact that comrade Stalin was not the first, who applied the tactics of penalty units on the frontline. And in the historical dialogue is, in fact, “a one-sided game”.

Historical facts say — the first regular disciplinary military units appeared in the army of the German Wehrmacht and were put “in order” long before the German attack on the USSR. In 1936 in Germany were established disciplinary parts (special field units), which were placed in the “zone of immediate risk”. The peculiarity of such units is that of the guilty being sentenced to a term from three to five years, and no one in the Tribunal, the date of expiry did not called. Officers and soldiers, though not deprived of their titles and awards, but were not subject to awards and promotion the whole period of the sentence. Formed in December 1940 “corrective part of the 500” (five hundred battalions), have rendered considerable service during the attack to the Soviet Union in the summer and fall of 1941.

And “bloodthirsty” comrade Stalin did not scruple to draw on the experience of the enemy. The first attempts of creation of disciplinary units in the Red Army belong to the period of the summer of 1942. According to regulatory documents of that period in a penal military unit were directed:

“..military personnel convicted by military courts for military offences and other offences…for a period from one to three months”.

Notice the difference in the degree of punishment of the German battalions from three to five years, and Soviet penal battalion (inhuman) – from one to three months. In addition, the injury did not release the German penalty box from serving a sentence, while in the Red Army wounded warrior of battalions return automatically to the previous drill part, in the same rank as redeemed by the blood. So whose side was humanity?

The true scale of internal punitive forces of the Wehrmacht reached at the time of the battle for Moscow. This is caused by the fact that the fighting spirit and resistance in the German army so weakened that Hitler remained nothing how to mobilize their military tribunals. Doomed to last in penalty units, German soldiers penetrate to the Russian frozen earth. But for the most part, their efforts were in vain.

There are a lot of legends connected with penal battalions. One such “a wicked tale” is a myth that in the penal part were caught criminals. Rooting this view was released in 2004 and then the acclaimed series “the penal battalion” is a film that is largely far-fetched and false. It is known that the courts and military tribunals were forbidden to send to the penal part of persons “convicted of counterrevolutionary crimes, brigandage, robbery, thieves-recidivists…”. Other categories of criminals, indeed, were sent to penal companies. It turns out that not everyone was given the chance to redeem their guilt with blood on the front. I would like to note the fundamental difference between penal battalions and penal companies. The battalions were formed exclusively by representatives of command staff – Junior and middle officers. The penal companies, in turn, were recruited as a soldier and non-commissioned officers. As well as civilians who committed criminal offences of mild to moderate severity (including minor criminals). The command structure of these parts consisted solely (!) from combatant officers and political cadres held special training.

Absolutely opposite situation with a criminal element was in the troops of Hitler’s Wehrmacht and SS troops. In German the penal part were sent quite indiscriminately (especially in the second period of the war with the USSR). Indicative in this sense may be the history of the infamous 36th SS division “Dirlewanger”. The personnel of the division were manned by convicts “poachers”. And the most “freezed” the criminals of the Reich, convicted of robbery, murder and rape often got in the number of “poachers”. The commander, Oskar Dirlewanger, had two convictions for pedophilia (in 1934 and 1937).

In the realities of the current war in Donbass, the Kiev junta as the heir of the heritage of the German Nazis also did not hesitate to engage in military service criminals. A striking example of this is a number of battalions of the National Guard and territorial defense “AFU”. They include such units as the battalion “Kryvbas”, “Dnepr”, “Aidar” and many, many other “patriots” of Ukraine torn apart by them.

Striking similarity is the history of the division Dirlewanger and “patriots” of a special-battalion of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine “Shakhtersk”. Repeatedly convicted (including crimes of sexual violence), the commander of “Shakhtersk” Ruslan Onishchenko is very reminiscent of a rapist Dirlewanger. And some punitive of Nazi battalion “Azov” uses the emblem of the division “Dirlewanger” (crossed grenades) as their own. Certainly, this is not by accident. The emblem of punitive battalion “Aidar” is embroidered motto “God With us”. What kind of God is with them? What kind of God protects murderers and rapists? Not if neo-Nazi pagan God whose name is hidden in the ancient occult symbols of the battalion “Azov”? Not Sodom God, the blessing of the demon-possessed fanatics to murder subhuman — “coloradas”? Maybe it’s God, in whose name Filaret’s schismatics with the assistance of Nazi battalions have seized Orthodox churches of the Moscow Patriarchate? They are confident that God is with them. They are sure just as were sure of it the German soldiers, who carried the same motto on the buckles of their belts. Just mocking and raping, burning alive and shooting. Is the God with them?

The process of the disintegration of Ukraine into separate components began long before the so-called Maidan. The fact is that when the “revolution of dignity” also did not smell, globally, the United States and Russia have explained their position on the world stage. In 2012, the fate of “independence” could take on Belarus. But, thanks to the firm hand of A. G. Lukashenko, this did not happen. Since then, and was taken Ukrainian course.

The USA made their point, and fallen after the Maidan Ukraine mired in chaos, war and blood all that is necessary for loosening of the order in Russia itself. But the American plan and began their own trap: Russia is not just fought, but began to play by its own rules. The essence of the plan was that Russia was not supposed to withstand so many hot spots around its territory. The idea is that it heavily would weaken Russia, and then had to deliver the final blow. But the weakening had not happened: the people only rallied, the public sector clearly performs all the instructions, and the army conducts successful operations on all fronts.

Blitzkrieg failed miserably, and now what remains to do? One can only hope that the Kiev junta can still come in handy. At least it may be used for some distraction. The situation is in a permanent state of collapse of the country, which means nothing else, but to use its last remains.

The oligarchs Taruta and Firtash predict the collapse of the country 404 in the next 4 – 6 months. They believe that the collapse is preceded by the rise of oligarchic forces whose leaders are becoming leaders in their fields, not to obey the junta. It will inevitably lead to ultimate destruction of the country.

There is also expert opinion of Rostislav Ishchenko, who believes that Obama in all possible ways will maintain the “integrity of Ukraine” until the U.S. presidential election (November, 2016) to shift responsibility for the failure of the project to the other administration.

Regardless of the timing, the collapse is inevitable, but what shall be after it? The most probable is the formation of regions as small States (like the DPR and the LPR). In some ways, these DPR/LPR appeared as elite of these republics and will have to replace the Kiev junta to resolve all the problems which “the former Ukraine” will face with. It will be presented as a Confederation of regions with some Central authority, whose influence is greatly reduced.

In any case, Russia cannot allow mess in this area, as in it still has a great interest and sense. But this does not mean that Russia will bring order itself. This process has already created the elite and involved experts who will begin the process of rebuilding the country-ally for Russia. Of course, real life can make its adjustments, but the general concept looks like this. Question is only in the exact dates.

“De-communization” is a process, absolutely devoid of any logic, but the obvious hatred for all Russian things. The historian Artem Olhin commented the next “wave” of bureaucratic zeal in the Donetsk region.

The Chairman of Donetsk regional military-civil administration Pavel Zhebrivsky is going personally to rename streets, squares and the areas in the Donetsk region. “Roll up his sleeves” the official intend, if the leaders do not do this themselves as part of the implementation of the so-called law on de-communization. Zhebrivsky said it at a meeting in the regional state administration.

“November 21 was the deadline allotted to the local councils for de-communization. It’s nowhere to pull over. I’ll give you a month, until December 21, pursuant to this law. After that, I will personally rename streets, squares and the areas, if you do not,” quoted the press service of the Donetsk Municipality, the Military Civil administration of Zhebrivsky.

For the comment about the actions of the Kiev authorities in terms of the so-called “de-communization” the correspondent of “Kharkov” asked the historian, the chief editor of the journal of the Izborsk club of Novorossia “New Earth” Artem Olhin.

According to Olhin, to speak of “de-communization” of Donbas without unnecessary emotions and words “with bright expressive color” is very difficult.

“First of all, because of it’s a process that’s completely devoid of any logic, but the obvious hatred for all Russian things. And since 99% of the cities of Novorossia, or, as they say now, “the South-East of Ukraine” the history of their fully required either Imperial or Soviet period, it means that as a result of it they have to hate themselves and their cities. And this, as far as I understand, is very difficult and destructive for the psyche,” said the historian.

Allchin stresses that the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic was created on the instructions of V. I. Lenin, who included the Donbas in it.

“So, when else in the 2014 year “Lenin-falls” began I, as a historian, could not understand – why is such hatred? This is because Vladimir Ulyanov created a separate USSR and forced the Donbas to enter in it. And not all wanted it, by the way, administrative struggle continued until 1924. That we are supposed to have hostile attitude to Lenin, but it’s a paradox. Instead, we protect and its monuments and the General historical memory,” emphasizes Artem Olkhin.

Artem Olhin said that not all monuments of Soviet times were destroyed by the Kiev authorities.

“By the way, in some junta-occupied cities of Donbas Soviet monuments were relatively lucky. So in Volnovakha Chapaev was transformed suddenly into a “Cossack”, in Severodonetsk fighters of the Great Patriotic became “warriors of the UPA”. On the eve of the October Revolution, Ukraine has been divided; the very same Revolution was fertile ground for the completion of the process Ukrainization of the Little Russia. The Bolsheviks took the Galician ideology, although presented in the form of class; Marxist rhetoric at the end of 1917 formed the “Ukrainian People’s Republic”. [1] Despite the fact that the influence of Galicia on the political process in Ukraine in 1917 was negligible (proof of which were the results of the elections to the local government, which included 870 representatives of the all-Russian parties, 128 – Ukrainian federalist parties, and from the separatist – no candidate) sepatatist mood intensified after the revolution.

During the first two decades of Soviet rule in the Ukraine was forced Ukrainization, ie the elimination of intellectuals – Russian and Russophile clergy [2]. In schools Russian was abolished and Ukrainian was introduced to the study, formed in Lvov. [3] The Bolsheviks, while the Ukrainian political leaders, Skripinka and Gunka by the decree of 1922 banned the word “Little Russia” in the official use, replacing it with “Ukraine”. Uniates invented the myth of Soviet totalitarianism, depressing the Ukrainian idea; the Bolsheviks for this reason in 1923 took the position that it is imperative ukrainization of population. Universal Ukrainization was part of the national policy of Lenin as so he broke the Russian nation, culture, church, conservative intellectuals, because all this was a “handicap” for the building of communism. Ukrainization was launched in the Volyn region and in Poltava [6], the former center of Orthodoxy and conservatism. Volyn, for example, generally has not been grasped by the revolution of 1905; there really were no anti-Russian sentiments. Repression embraced the Carpathians, where Rusyns lived, later renamed to the Ukrainians.

As a result of operation “Vistula” over 230 thousand Lemke (Carpatho nationality) were deported, they have traditionally shared the all-Russian views. The population of the Western Carpathians was subjected to mass repressions and, by theirs very nature – Russophiles. In 1939, after the operations of joining the Western Ukraine, where Bandera sharpened knives, and the Uniate Metropolitan Sheptytsky was preparing to bless the division “SS Galichchina” during Carpathian local referendum 82 percent of the population voted in favor of Russian, not Ukrainian language .. Their descendants vote against Yushchenko.

The fact that about half a million Russian with the retreat of the Russian army left this republic in 1914 – 1917 year, contributed of Ukrainization. At the same time, it increased the impact of the Uniate Church, which in 1929 hosted the creation of “Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists” (OUN). On the eve of World War II, most of the population on both sides of the border, no longer considered themselves not Russian, but Ukrainian. However, the nature of consciousness and the determination has not been uniform: some call themselves Soviet citizens, inextricably linked with the Russian people, while others are considering the integration in 1939 of the Western Ukraine in the Soviet Union as “the occupation by Russia.” Therefore, Western Ukraine became the main base of the anti-Soviet armed resistance; it lasted until 1952 [7].

Early Soviet historiography, in the face of Pokrovsky and Piontkovsky, greatly humiliated the role of Russian historical science, commenting on the fact that Russian history “is full of fraud and insatiable lust of conquest.” This historical school legalized terminology and psychological principles “Auto-Ukrainian Party” under the guise of the needs of the class struggle in Ukraine. Religious-historical rhetoric of the Galician ideology has virtuoso been replaced by the class one with the enlarged preserved and thus anti-Russian content.

Thus, it can be argued that the basis of separation of Ukraine in the West, and the rest was formed during the time of Polish and Austro-Hungarian rule. In addition, this division is not only relevant today but continues to receive more precise contours. Society must have a vision for the future. Without it, it sinks into a kind of collective depression, which eventually contributes to the growing popularity of radical ideas. This vision and “dream” for the country 404 today is the adoption in the European Union. It’s funny, but, destroying monuments to Lenin, the Maidan, in return, raises the flag of the EU. The junta in Kiev, who took power with the help of this the faith in Europe, is now trying to form this vision of something like a national idea. However, the notability of this idea is the same as the idea of communism – it is unrealizable.

To the displeasure of “conscious” Euro-Ukrainians have to report that the chances of the country 404 to enter the European Union null and void. And it’s not just about the dire political, economic and social crisis. And it’s not even in the civil war. Ukraine under the best of hands, and fantastically effective reforms could join the EU after 10-20 years. However, there are not only prerequisites for these reforms, but missing the most important thing – the West is not interested in full integration of “independence” in the EU.

Collective West has to date achieved sufficient results from the Ukraine. Relations with Russia are spoiled for a long time and, consequently, on the prospects of inclusion of the current “Ukraine” in the Russian integration projects will not speak for decades. Assets of Ukrainian companies can be picked up for a pittance under the guise of “foreign investment”. Regarding political leadership, it is a full puppet, and therefore unable seriously to defend the interests of the country.

Thus, the objective reasons for the adoption of Ukraine into the EU even in the long run does not exist. And Ukrainian people just continue to make a fool with utopian idea that merely replacing one faith of twenty-five years ago…

Survivors of the collapse of the USSR the Crimean people remember what they felt when the lessons were learned “foreign” language – Russian. They realize that they still have a long way to erase the traces of desolation left by the Ukrainian authorities.

A little earlier, not all responded seriously to the words of Vladimir Putin, had spoken on the issue at a meeting with members of the Valdai club: “Can you destroy the USA in half an hour?” The Russian President then thought for a few seconds: “Actually, faster…” The truth of these words and their true authenticity, perhaps, was able to appreciate the full extent of Russian Strategic Missile Forces Commander Col. Gen. Sergei Karakayev. However, our potential enemies know about the capabilities of the current weapons in Russia. Because the tongues were very short.

Suddenly and quite unexpectedly, it turned out that unipolar world, nurtured by the US after the successful collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, has found yet another confident force. And the much-vaunted American arms are no longer able to resist the Russian asymmetrical response. It turned out that the Russians not only managed to re-equip their army and to make it invulnerable to enemy missiles, but also learned to completely blind all of their electronics, making a formidable missile weapon into a meaningless pile of scrap metal. In doing so, they have such a military capability that is able to literally wipe in the dust the US, and as a “bonus” – all of its NATO allies. “Russia is the only country that can destroy the United States, because the Russians have nuclear capabilities and weapons in order to do this,” said recently the chief of staff of U.S. Ground forces, General Mark Milly. It’s like he discovered America, or rather, opened Russia. You will not believe, Sir Millie, we do have these opportunities, even the ones which you are unaware. However, present strength and military power of Russia is not confined to “peace enforcement” in the traditional view of the U.S., and leads to the normal international legal language. It is because of real wars are won without the use of weapons. Let’s be clear-a nuclear war at least between the two countries will lead to unpredictable global shocks. And the obsession with Americans about “the local use of nuclear weapons” as imposing their ideas is complete nonsense and a utopia. The commander of NATO forces in Europe, Lieutenant General Ben Hodges spoke about it altogether pessimistic: “the Russian divisions of electronic warfare have sky-high possibilities.” “The USA never fought in the suppression of communications over several decades, so they have no idea how in such situations to act – said the Director of the Center for analysis of strategies and technologies Ruslan Pukhov. – They have no tactics and action algorithm; they are completely unprepared for combat actions in conditions of lack of communication. Americans do not have such extensive capabilities of electronic warfare, what Russia has. At the same time, in Kiev for the presidential elections of 2004 big portion of population being Russian-speaking followed a different paradigm of attitudes towards integration with the EU and NATO, but not with Russia. Moreover, these people became the basis of the first “Maidan”, even without their own ideology, and it is for them precisely ten years later, the basic rate will be made in the new stage of Ukrainian turmoil.

At the time, was widely used very vague and fuzzy phrase “Russian-Ukrainian”: it could be described as ethnic Ukrainians who consider Russian their native language, and the representative of other ethnos which considers him as belonging to the Ukrainian community and patriotically configured to Ukraine.

At the same time for the “Russian-speaking Ukrainians’ nationalist views are not binding: the majority of those were not their adherents, and many spoke out sharply against Bandera.

The situation began to change in 2008 or a few months earlier: then with the filing of the West was launched several long-term projects at the maximum possible expansion of the previously small social base of nationalist groups. At the same time the inhabitant of Kiev Sergey Zamilyuhin created a public organization “Russian-Speaking Ukrainian nationalists” (NGO “RUNES”).

Do not flatter yourself, dear reader that the structure of Mr. Zamilyuhin was the smallest, and in the municipal elections in 2015, this group was composed in dwarf and never passed the Patriotic Party of Ukraine. Let’s not forget that the organizers of “color revolutions” in the modern world are typical for postmodern group-type network with very low vertical and very wide horizontal, very often not even insisting on formal belonging to the community. Such is formulated by Mr. Semilucent and his accomplices, the Russian ideology of Ukrainian nationalism: from its advocates do not need to be in any parties or other socio-political organizations.

The central tenet of Russian-speaking Ukrainian nationalism is a conscious belonging to the followers of the Ukrainian political nation, and language, origin and other factors deemed insignificant and temporary. Just consider themselves Ukrainians, and not to think himself and his descendants outside of Ukraine – and that’s all.

Modernization of Bandera on the idea of attracting Russian-speaking population enabled a rapid recruitment of a large number of supporters in the nationalist camp. Ukrainian fascist movement of football hooligans “ultras” who actively participated in the riots in Kiev in winter 2014 and the subsequent overthrow of Yanukovych actually built the structures of organized ideology formulated by Mr. Zamilyuhin.

We see Ukraine’s preparations for today’s turmoil began five years before the “euromaidan” and the first thing the enemy went in for the kill Russian entities in the souls of those citizens who tried to preserve his Russian roots. The reason for it is that it is a question of default to private (not official) holders of Eurobonds. These private holders, according to some sources are funds Aurelius and Elliott, which became famous as the financial vultures.

In early October, expired 10 days, which, according to international practice, the debtor is given to he changed his mind and pay its obligations. Kiev is not changed its mind. International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) October, 5 issued its verdict: “technical default”, but soon the word “technical” will be removed.

Funds Aurelius and Elliott will demand their money and their requirements Kiev cannot get away. Under the rules of the creditors start to “cannibalize” the debtor immediately, but only after three months after the declaration of default. We give comment about this of Mikhail Delyagin: “… after Ukraine announced a technical default, Aurelius and Elliott later, exactly 90 days (the period in which Ukraine can still begin to repay the debt), will begin to tear the property of the country into pieces, such as the port of Odessa, who all still belongs to Ukraine, can go to them. In other words, Ukraine will be “smooth out” in early January, 2016.

And in December, they will have a payment of 3 billion dollars for liquidation of the debt on the loan of the Russian Federation. In Kiev there is no money. Missed payment will qualify as a full-fledged default. Before the momentous moment there are two months. Kiev is frantically looking for a way to solve this problem.

About one such seizure attempt, I already wrote. Recently in Lima was held the annual summit of the IMF and the World Bank, in its fields there was a meeting of finance ministers of Russia and Ukraine, where Natalia Yaresko offered Anton Siluanov to join the decision to restructure the debt of Ukraine, which allegedly had been reached in the end of August, that is begging for consent to not to pay the 3 bln dollars. This, as you might expect, was refused. Moscow’s position was fixed firmly: “Ukraine’s debt to Russia is official. And it cannot be considered as commercial debt, on which negotiations are ongoing leadership of Ukraine. It is the duty of the government to the government, it is provided on market terms, about two times lower than the cost of debt of Ukraine in the period of given this money”. It is not necessary to speak about the so-called restructuring of the Ukrainian debt is highly questionable. In the negotiations on the issue of debt securities holders participated Ukraine, which accounted for only about half of the commercial debt. It is very small. They must be at least 90%, preferably 100%. From my perspective, this is a bluff.

After the fiasco of Mistress Jaresko in Lima, Arseniy Yatsenyuk joined to the case, who on October 15 stunned all by the following statement: “Creditors of Ukraine by the majority, which is more than 75% of the votes in the Committee of creditors decided to write off the debts of Ukraine for the total amount of $ 3 billion and debt restructuring for a total amount of 8.5 billion dollars”. So the Prime Minister commented on the results of the next round of negotiations with creditors, which were spent on the 14th of October. At the same time Yatsenyuk said that the new round of talks will be held on October, 29 in London, and he urged the Russian Federation to join a scheduled meeting and to agree with the general conditions of “restructuring” of the Ukrainian debt.
Here there are several questions. Firstly, if the negotiations on the restructuring were successfully completed at the end of August, why the Finance Ministry held talks on October, 14? Secondly, if the talks on October, 14 ended successfully, why they need to spend another meeting in two weeks? Thirdly, about the negotiations on the 14th of October on the website of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, it is indistinct. It shows that Yatsenyuk has once again lied. It’s not just my opinion. In an interview with RIA “Novosti” President of the Ukrainian Analytical Center Alexander Okhrimenko said: “There is no agreement. To date, the Assembly has not taken place, there was no quorum. It must have been present 75% of the bondholders, but many of them were not. Now, on October 29, we will need everyone to collect, and it is hoped that it will be possible to collect them all. Then will begin the process of exchange (Eurobonds for new securities. — V. K.) On the website of the Ministry of Finance literally it is reported that on the 29th of October in London will be held a repeated meeting of the owners of the bonds maturing in December 2015, because at the meeting on October 14 was not achieved a quorum. Why do they gather again on October, 29? Most likely, it’s because of on October 14, no one voted for. I do not understand why we are talking about the owners of securities maturing in December 2015. I understand that today there is no vote. Therefore, on October, 29 we will wait for a new vote”.

I think that at the end of this month in London, a quorum will not be. And the Russian representatives there are just nothing to do.

Yatsenyuk cannot understand anything of all this, so he frantically pushes “unconventional initiatives” that would pre-empt the full catastrophe of default in December 2015. One of such initiative was the statement of the Prime Minister that Kiev intends to request in the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) more than 1 billion UAH from the Russian Federation for the accession of the Crimea. In addition, he expects the court to get from Moscow compensation for the damage caused to Donetsk and Lugansk. Yatsenyuk mentioned about the claims of Ukraine to Gazprom: “Separately, there are two key disputes in court against “Gazprom” as the contract of purchase and sale of gas and transit”. Yatsenyuk finished his statement on a threatening note: Kiev is ready to start against Moscow “legal war”.

It is difficult to understand what the overall intent of such statements is. Whether it needs for to assist Moscow psychological pressure and force to make to defer for settlement and restructuring 3-billion debts on Eurobonds. Whether to impose on Moscow the scheme of “mutual offsetting” counter-claims and to remove the burden of all debts to Russia (and they are several times more than the debt on Eurobonds). Or simply exacerbate Russian-Ukrainian relations and under this aggravation cajole from the West next portion of the money. Have a clear plan of Kiev, apparently, no, they operate on the principle “which will burn out.” And in the question with the plea Yatsenyuk, as usual, was bluffing. Caricature requirements of Yatsenyuk immediately were canceled by the press secretary of the Russian president D.Peskov: “Crimea
– is the territory of Russia. Donbas – is the territory of Ukraine. And what is 1 trillion for? It is not clear … As for the public debt of Ukraine, it is in the position of the Russian side and nothing has changed”.

In my opinion, Moscow is demanding repayment of the Ukrainian debt does not have to wait for 20 December 2015, i.e. the date of final repayment of the loan. Under the terms of the loan, Moscow received the right to demand repayment by Kiev of entire amount of debt back in March of this year, when as a result of the collapse of the UAH relative level of sovereign debt has crossed the red line at 70% of GDP. And we can’t wait any longer, because already in early January 2016, the financial vultures will come out the arena and the debt history of Ukraine will enter to a critical phase.

The other day President Vladimir Putin invited the International monetary Fund to provide Kiev loan in the amount of $ 3 billion, so that these money went to pay off the debt of Ukraine to Russia in December. This is a simple and effective scheme to prevent the financial collapse of Ukraine. It’s been a few days; however, the IMF keeps completely silent about the proposal.

According to some sources, behind the scenes of the IMF under strong pressure from Washington they are working on an urgent redesign of the international rules in favor of Kiev. We are talking about a loan of the Russian Federation to Ukraine in the form of the purchase of Eurobonds in December 2013 to equate to commercial credit. Washington through the IMF tries to help Kiev to impose Moscow a debt restructuring. It is noteworthy that in recent months, when Kiev did Moscow offers to join the restructuring of debt on Eurobonds, the IMF kept silence, though had to explain to Kiev that the debt of Ukraine to the Russian Federation is official and is not subject to restructuring.

In the Ukrainian question, the IMF acts as an obedient tool of Washington. I wouldn’t be surprised if, being to date the largest official creditor of Ukraine, the tomorrow Fund at the direction of Washington will announce that it will be ready to participate in the restructuring of Ukrainian debt, although over 70 years of its existence the IMF this was not the case.

The debt situation in Ukraine is a manifestation of the agony of the Ukrainian economy, but not only. It is significant that the maturity date of the debt of Ukraine to Russia in the third week of December 2015 falls exactly on the anniversary of the IMF, which was created in December 1945. So the debt situation in Ukraine reflects the agony and the International monetary Fund, and I do not exclude that after its anniversary, the Fund may suddenly die.

Results of the elections in Ukraine have again shown that Poroshenko not able to control the situation in the country. Kiev has lost not only the remnants of legitimacy in the Donbas, and the remnants of trust of Western partners. About this in a newspaper column to RIA “New Day” says Russian political scientist, head of the Center of Geopolitical Studies of the Institute of Innovation Development Dmitry Rodionov.

Elections in Mariupol were thwarted due to the ill-fated ballot printed on “Azov’s worker” and did not get to the sites. And it is not only in Mariupol. Even in Krasnoarmeysk, where the local TEC considered that the printing of ballots for the election are not suitable. Even in Svatovo and Lisichansk, where the cause was an excessive number of errors in the party name on the ballot.

For those who have not followed the situation, I briefly recalled the history of Mariupol confrontation. By all the laws of common sense in the city should happen was a stunning victory, of “the opposition bloc” (“OB”). Yes, the vast majority of the population of the state is disloyal (“separatists”, to put Ukrainian terminology) and go to the polls was not going to, because they do not perceive the Ukrainian government legitimate. Furthermore, there do not take “their” any Ukrainian party, even the so-called “opposition” represented by former members of the Party of Regions, which is in the Donbas considered traitors. But some part of the population still would have come just to vote for “OB” in spite of Kiev, to demonstrate that in the Donbas nothing to catch such as “dill”, “freedom” and other “radicals.” And it would result as in Slavyansk, where a turnout of just over twenty percent of the “ON” has received more than half the votes.

In Mariupol position of Akhmetov is still strong, who owns a significant part of the local industry, therefore, has significant administrative resources. Here Rinat Leonidovich did not fail to take advantage of this resource. And, apparently, all he caught with Kiev: MPs from the “OB” helped Poroshenko to push through amendments to the Constitution, and all opponents of the president is not the first month of every step shout about arrangements between the “OB” and the Bloc of Petro Poroshenko. But first, it went like clockwork: the CEC closed its eyes to the fact that the local election committee met on areas controlled by Akhmetov and the ballots were printed in the printing house owned by Akhmetov. At the same time the CEC even helped as best it could, clearing the ranks of electoral commissions from Akhmetov’s disloyal people. It was even when it caused outrage laughing pro-Kiev local activists. It was even when the “Gauleiter” of the Donetsk region Pavel Zhebrivskyi intent to cancel the election (for which, incidentally, he performed at the outset). CEC its position remained faithful to the end. Even when it became clear that Akhmetov will not hold elections by his rules. Even when the day before the election Zhebrivskyi called his chapter Ohendovsky offering reprint ballots and thus to save the elections; he actually “washed his hands” and said, well, sort it out themselves.

What happened? Some political analysts have hastened to declare that in Mariupol Poroshenko actually “thrown” Akhmetov. Is it so? It’s partly true. But “he threw, they say, not on purpose. He would have any “threw” the same way if it was necessary to save the person. “OB” was at some point a more convenient partner, which is easier to negotiate, and its victory in Mariupol would look convincing. They said Akhmetov actually “bought” this victory, “bought” the city. The deal was good, but then it turned out that Poroshenko has little to control. It’s especially in the Donbas. And political opponents of “ON” (or rather, economic competitors of Akhmetov, a long time pulling the handle to the Mariupol “gold veins “, suffice it to mention at least Kolomoisky) breast came to the defense of “democracy” and the conquest of “revolution of honor”- to disrupt the elections, depriving Akhmetov victory for which it has already been paid.

Kiev just threw up its hands. Like, it did everything it could, which was announced by Ohendovsky. Poroshenko said the necessary words to the effect that it is generally a disgrace, it is necessary to investigate the failure of the election, to punish those responsible, and without the fail elections held in November!

What did the story of Mariupol demonstrate to the world? Firstly, the Ukrainian regime cannot be trusted in anything and anyone, for it is not “ours”, they would not act on the basis of the agreements, but on the basis of short-term selfish interests or indications of the US Embassy. However, the latter can sometimes be in conflict with the first. It’ll be more on this later.
But the most important thing is another one. Kiev “threw” not Akhmetov, rather, not only Akhmetov. Kiev has betrayed the people of Donbas. Looking at the way by which the residents on controlled part of the region have been denied the opportunity to vote even for the Ukrainian party to Ukrainian law, by government, the residents of the DPR and the LPR want to take part in SUCH elections what is demanded in Kiev, poking a finger in the Minsk Protocol?

“As for me, the best option was to adopt a decision on the impossibility of holding the elections of deputies and the head of Mariupol. “If I would be on place of Poroshenko, in Krasnoarmeysk and Mariupol I would have imposed a state of emergency and imposed a civil-military administration, as in some other administrative units of Donbas. It is unacceptable to continue the power remained with those who disrupted the elections,” said the Minister of information policy Oleksandr Bryhynets, who called the President to cancel elections and to enter in the cities of Donbas military dictatorship. But they are right. Well, what there can be elections under occupation? What could be the election when there are the lists of terrorists? Only the occupation is not on the territory of the DPR and the LPR, but in the cities occupied by the Kyiv security forces. And terrorists are not the militia of Donbas, but military personnel of Ukraine, members of the so-called “volunteer battalions”, but in fact gangs of robbers, murderers, looters and rapists, many of which were replaced the camouflage on suits and became awarded politicians. Now they were heading in the Donbas as civil authority. It is militants of Kolomoiskyi, who leaders even before the war, called for the hanging of the supporters of the “Russian spring”, it is militants of Lyashko, who a year and a half ago, traveled to the Donbas, abducting and torturing people. These are the militants of “Right sector”, which is nowhere to branding. What neither party take – anywhere there are the “heroes of the ATO” with their rhetoric against the Donbas, which are different except that the degree of radicalism. It’s even the notorious “OB”, which although speaks words against the war, refusing to give Donbas a chance for peaceful self-development, continues trying to drag it into sinking deeper and deeper into a bloody farce and chaos of Ukraine. But even for them it is not given to vote the citizens of Mariupol, Lisichansk, Krasnoarmeysk, Svatovo. I’m not talking about dozens of settlements on Kiev-controlled territory, where elections are not planned.

Meanwhile, in the summer the U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt made indispensable for the holding of local elections in Kiev-controlled Donetsk region. “We discussed the issue of local elections throughout Ukraine for October this year. I noted that the local elections in the cities such as Mariupol, Kramatorsk, Slavyansk, is very important in order to demonstrate that it is a part of Ukraine,” Pyatt said at a briefing in Kramatorsk after meeting with Paul Zhebrivsky.

And what is it? Why had Kiev disobeyed orders external control? Some believe that Kiev is just afraid to hold the election there, where it is initially doomed to defeat. But it is not true. It is just because of “OB” is opposition in name only, for Poroshenko it is no less his than the party of Kolomoisky, Yarosh or Lyashko. And for Kiev the win of “OB”, that does not put into question about Ukrainian membership of Donbas, but, on the contrary, stands for his full reintegration – the lesser evil. At least it is in comparison with the failure of elections that deny the legitimacy of Kiev residues in the region.

Kiev has demonstrated that is not able to be the moderator of the political process in the country. And it seems to Poroshenko no questions – and he actually did everything he could. But more is simply cannot. And this is the worst thing for Maidan authorities.

What finally won by Ukraine failed elections in Mariupol? There is nothing, but the alienation of even more people from the Ukrainian state, which simply stop considering it as theirs. At the same time it means a loss of faith rests in the fact that the regime is capable of anything to control. It is as from the “throw” Akhmetov so by the American masters. It is with all the consequences.
They say, yesterday in Mariupol suffered a complete defeat of the Ukrainian strategy for reintegration of Donbas. This is not so. Just there wasn’t any strategy. It could not be in the liquidation team. They may have only a tactic. It’s tactics of destruction. A strategy is plan over a long period of time. But in the long run I don’t see not only the Ukrainian Donbas, but the Ukraine.

Montenegro protests against the country’s entry into NATO. On the eve on the streets of Podgorica left than thousands of people were demanding the resignation of the government and in protest against the country’s entry into NATO, and the actions of the police that the day before by the bulldozers and batons crushed the tent camp of the opposition at the Parliament building. The Parliament of Montenegro adopted the resolution on support for integration into NATO on the 17th of September. For the NATO membership voted 50 of 79 deputies, against — 26 (Democratic front, “Demos”, the socialist people’s party and independent candidates), and three abstained. Shortly thereafter, the country was visited by a high-ranking delegation of the Alliance.

In Montenegro, the police attacked the camp of protesters immediately after the visit of the NATO General Secretary. Everything is interconnected: Western boss arrives, gives instructions, security officers start to raid the camp. Also two members of Parliament were detained that characterizes not its best mode of Podgorica. We can say that in Montenegro, in power for twenty years is a mafia group that is trying to prolong their existence, now flirting directly with NATO.
When NATO bombed Milosevic in 1999, an agreement was reached by the leaders of the Republic, a former part of Yugoslavia; Montenegro is not subjected to shocks. Certain collusion between the political elite of Montenegro and the West has long existed. Protests show active participation of the people, requiring the elimination, as they say, the criminal regime and the establishment of the transitional government.
Moreover, if the protesters win, then this will positively reflect on all the Balkans. Montenegro could influence to Serbia. In fact, when viewed from a national perspective, the Montenegrins are Serbs, which eventually turned into Montenegrins. It is in the same way as they did with the Russians in the Ukraine, making from them the Ukrainians. Therefore, it is likely that the revival of Serbian national spirit that we see in Montenegro, will affect the entire region. It is important to note that Macedonia that is South of Serbia, is also under the strongest pressure from the West, which, through their emissaries of NGOs trying to change the ruling elite in their proxies. Therefore, the outcome of this struggle the future of the Balkans depends in general.

What happens in Montenegro is a natural phenomenon. Montenegro was part of Yugoslavia, when in 1999 NATO started the operation “Merciful angel”, in which the country was subjected to numerous bombings. The Montenegrins suffered less than the Serbs, but the memory of the aggression alive. And the fact that Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic by hook or by crook trying to drag the country into NATO, cannot but cause negative reaction of the majority of Montenegrins. If you will travel to the cities of the country, you will see a huge amount of graffiti that show that anti-NATO sentiment literally float in the air Montenegro.
Called “Maidan” events would be wrong, because here you do not see the impact of external forces, not coming any Ambassador with cookies; no one comes from abroad with money. We see the mobilization of Montenegrin civil society against what it perceives as a threat to themselves, their identity and their history. Accession to NATO is, in fact, would mean a break with the centuries-old tradition, because the Montenegrins always considered themselves a part
of the Serbian world, cultural, religious, ethnic whole.
It is very important that the events in Montenegro almost no coverage in large international media and very little by Russian. In the first case all is clear – they light up the Pro-Western actions. They don’t need to tell their audience about what is happening in Montenegro, because it goes against the flow, against the protégés of the West. But why there is the silence of the Russian media is unclear. Perhaps because of they are mostly generated from Pro-Western oriented to employees, which is conventionally made to broadcast patriotic agenda. But whenever occasion they will sabotage. Supply of Montenegrin history is the litmus test for the media. About the events in Montenegro they reported emphatically neutral, but in fact the media is grist to the mill of NATO. Talk about the fault of the protesters in the riots, but at best it is explained in passing, and then is silent that it is not a revolt against the government as such, but a protest against specific cases, primarily against the involvement of Montenegro in NATO.
